Chapter 19

Noah’s POV:

“Are you kidding me? I am no longer the captain of the basketball team and I have been suspended from the team for 1 month. All this for just slapping that disgusting bitch? For giving her what she deserves for messing with my girlfriend?” I say to Lauren.

The news spread faster than a wildfire. Everyone in the school now hated me for what I did to Ivy because well she’s their sweetheart.

I became infamous. “How can he be so mean to Ivy? She’s so nice to everyone and Lauren did deserve that punch” was all what I heard in the hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, sports field and even the restrooms.

I am sick of this.

Zach and his 4 friends came up to me. “Noah I want to talk to you,” he said.

“Sure,” I say.

“Can you seriously not see it? Lauren is just using you for getting her revenge at Ivy. The whole school knows that she hates Ivy. Now because of that look at what happened to you. She’s not the one for you. Leave her,” he said.

I got angry, “No. I am not leaving Lauren. She’s the one who keeps me in my senses,” I said.

“Whatever man, hope you realise that soon before it’s too late,” he said walking off.

He suddenly turned, “And also whatever you did to Ivy is just not fair. You shouldn’t have gotten in between her and Lauren’s fight. Like you shouldn’t have slapped her at least. She very fragile emotionally and physically right now after you rejected her,” he said.

“She didn’t look fragile when she punched my girlfriend. Anyways she deserved it,” I saw walking off.

I made up my mind. I will not talk to Ivy or Zach or any of his group members.
