Chapter 29

My mouth opened and closed like a dying fish, I had no idea what to say. He bit his bottom lip, and I could tell he was trying not to laugh. "You think this is funny?"

No longer fighting it, he let out a chuckle. "I'm joking, you don't have to fight anyone."

I leveled him with a glare. "Jokes are meant to be funny." But wait, he said I don't have to fight, so that meant..."You're still going to kill your father?"

"Obviously, what made you think I changed my mind in the last two minutes?" I ignored his sarcastic reply.

"That's still a terrible idea!" I didn't like his father much, but I didn't want Jax to just out right murder him!

"Sometimes terrible ideas are the best ones." He smirks leaning back.

"Said no one ever." I scoff. Flopping back down on the bed I tried to come up with a better idea. "Why can't my life go back to normal? When all I had to worry about was Aly's hot cousin coming over."

"Her hot cousin? Please don't tell me it's who I think it is?" My blush was answer enough. He laughed, shaking his head. "No wonder you were so offended finding him in my basement." As if he thought of something else, he started laughing even harder.

"What?" I growled.

"We had sex while your crush was in the basement." His grin widened. I grabbed the nearest pillow smacking him upside the head. He laughs snatching the pillow out my grasps, throwing his body on top of mine.

"What did I tell you about hitting me?" He growls, pinning my hands above my head. I wiggle underneath him, trying to kick him off me.

"Nothing I cared to remember!" I scream in his face. His eyes light with mischief as his mouth descends to my neck. I start squirming even more when I feel his breath, and then a soft kiss placed there.

"Is that right?" I stiffle a moan when he lightly bites me. "Answer me."

"Yes that's -" My breath hitch when I feel a warm hand cup my sex. Holy cows, when did his hand get there?

"That's what?" He taunts, sucking on my neck.

My mind has gone haywire, I can't think with his hand right there. And I sure as hell can't think when he starts pulling my pants off. I slide up the bed trying to get away from him. "What are you doing!?" He yanks them fully off, grinning at me.

"Taking your clothes off, what does it look like?" His hand reach for my panties and I smack them. Grabbing my ankles he yanks me back down until I'm under him. My heart is beating against my ribcage as he stares at me. "You still haven't answered me."

I glare, pushing against his chest. "Kinda hard to answer you when you're taking my clothes off!"

"Hard you say?" He presses the lower half of his body against mine, I gulp feeling how hard he is. Oh God.

"So what's the plan?" The door bangs open and I scream, pulling Jax to me to shield my body. Damien coughs, trying not to laugh. "So this is what you guys been doing?"

Jax pinched the bridge of his nose, looking frustrated. "Don't kill him he's your brother, don't kill him he's your brother," He repeats to himself silently. I'd laugh at the situation if I wasn't half naked! "Get out Damien."

"Why? You two want to continue?" He tease.

"Yes."

"No." Jax frowns at my answer. Is he serious?

Leaning down he whispers his next words in my ear. "Sophia, my dick is hard as a rock right now. We're finishing this." I blush, not making eye contact with him.

"Get off me!" I push him.

"Are you sure?" He ask, leaning to the side, giving me a clear view of Damien and Damien a clear view of my panties. Dammit! Why is he still here? I grabbed his arm, making sure he was blocking me again. "Change of heart?"

"Get out Damien!"

"Damn, she's like a bitch in heat right now. Sorry to interrupt, scratch that itch for her bro." I could hear him laughing down the hall. I sighed, letting my head fall back, only for Jax to start kissing my neck again.

I gripped his hair pulling him away. "I don't think so."

He had the nerve to pout. Bringing my knee up I wedged it between us, forcing him to move. "I have to discuss plans with Damien anyways." He says, rolling to the other side of the bed.

"Plans to kill your dad?" I ask, rolling my eyes.

"Exactly."

"And what about your mother? How will she feel about this?" She didn't seem so bad, I would hate for her bubbly personality turn into something depressing.

"She's helping." My eyes snapped to his face. He can't be serious?

"What!?"

"She knows I plan to kill him and really there's nothing she can do about it. She was raised in the mafia, she understands our laws and knew this day would eventually come if he didn't step down." He shrug.

"Why wouldn't he step down? Wasn't he planning to give this up?"

"He was." I waited for him to say more.

"And?" I pressed when I realized he wasn't going to explain.

"And then you came into the picture." He hopped from the bed, watching me curiously.

I frowned, "What do I have to do with anything?"

He shook his head. "A lost princess? You own one of the biggest mafias around. Everyone wants to have you under their control, cause then they'll control your mafia too. My father is one of those many people's." Great! I'm wanted so people can take something I don't even want. Then I thought of a solution.

"Why can't you just take it? Then you'll have control of your own mafia already."

He smirked."Babe, you're my fiance. It's already mine."

I frowned at him,"We're not really engaged therefore it doesn't count, right?"

He thought about it for a second, then nodded. "You're absolutely right." He paused, "They'll want proof, want to see papers, bring forth witnesses." A slow grin covers his face, "and we'll give them all of that."

"How?" I asked confused.

"We're going to get married."

I stared, then a laugh broke through my lips. "You really are crazy!" He raised an eyebrow at my outburst. "We are not getting married!"

He sighed, "We'll marry and the next day I'm going to challenge my father." He walked to the side, pulling out his phone, fingers flying across the keyboard.

"Um, you speak English right? I said I'm not marrying you." I waited for him to respond, but he continued texting. "Hello?"

Placing his phone in his back pocket he smirked at me. "Damien found us a courtroom, we're to be there in two hours."

I narrowed my eyes. "I said no." He walked up to me, then did something I never expected. Dropping to his knees in front of me.

"How would you like to be Mrs. Alber
