Chapter 1

“I am never letting you go again.” He said as he wrapped his arms around her slim form, scantily clad in only his t-shirt.

“I won’t be leaving any time soon.” She promised, snuggling her nose into his shoulder while he pulled her closer to him.

He gently lifted her leg, bending it carefully while bringing it up onto his stomach. With his free hand he lightly squeezed the back of her smooth, small thigh. She sighed with contentment and closed her eyes, letting her fingers wander along his bare chest. The room is dark, the only light peaking through the curtains from the moon outside. Everything is quiet, still and peaceful.

“This is so much better than a pillow.” He whispered into her hair.

Her lips lifted into a small smile and she whispered back, her hot breath making goose bumps on his chest. “Good.”

Feeling a little more confident, he began to make small circles on her leg with his fingers, slowly moving down to the back of her knee, then up again the where the t-shirt barely covered her panties. She was tired, but there was no way she was going to fall asleep with his drifting hands on her body. It felt too good and she didn’t want to miss any of it, even if her heart was beating a little faster than normal. She continued to draw little, insignificant designs on his pecks, gradually gliding down to his abs with her long nimble fingers.

Suddenly she tensed a little without even realizing what she was doing. Her fingers stopped moving. There was no sound in the room. She held her breath as she felt his calloused hand reach the end of the shirt again, but this time his fingers leisurely slid beneath the fabric, instantly coming in contact with her under garment. Her heart began to pound as she wondered what would happen next on his little journey underneath. She didn’t move, making him believe that she was asleep, or at least almost to dreamland. His hand gently moved over her panties, inconspicuously slowing down at her bum, then drifting up again. He then began to rub small circles on her warm back and she sighed again without meaning to. She could feel him smile as he pulled her even closer, hugging her middle with both arms, still hidden beneath her shirt.

“Are you still awake?” He asked, releasing one of his arms to stroke her cheek.

“Mm.” She said, too content and tired to speak. He leaned down a bit and placed a soft kiss on her head. Unable to contain herself any longer, she lifted her head from where it had been on his shoulder and let her lips fall to where she hoped his lips would be waiting. She hit her mark and both of his arms went around her waist without hesitation, squeezing her tightly. With her shirt pulled up past her stomach, he massaged her back while he kissed her, softly but with a little hint of passion. Once neither of them could breathe very easily, he lifted her slightly so that her head was now on the pillow. He then proceeded to kissing her nose, then both of her cheeks. When he had finished with her face, he moved to her flawless neck, tenderly sweeping the hair away to give him more access to her beautiful skin. He loved the taste of her and wanted more. Leaving trails of tiny kisses all the way down her neck and collarbone, he continued his mission to her chest. Then, because of the t-shirt barrier he skipped to her curled up legs. Stretching out he left leg, he started at her shin, kissing his way up to her knee and beyond, leaving her feeling both hot and vulnerable. With both hands he wrapped them around her thigh, squeezing lightly, then rubbing up and down. The shirt was still bunched up around her middle so now he touched her underwear every time, sending shivers of pleasure through her entire body. He kissed her leg like it was candy he had never tasted before. His kisses arrived at her stomach then eventually back up to her awaiting mouth. Linking her arms around his neck, she brought him down on top of her, unable to control her desire for more.

His tongue begged for entrance and she opened her mouth invitingly. Neither of them had ever kissed like this, but somehow it felt completely natural. They explored each other’s mouths, getting to know the other better than ever. His hands rubbed her legs as she brought them up around him, and shortly after, he had slipped his hands under her shirt once more and lifted it over her head, leaving her in only a sports bra and panties. Now he had even more skin to discover. His lips left hers again and found her chest. With one hand still grasping her leg, the other stroked her side, now coming all the way up to the fabric of her bra. She closed her eyes, letting him have his way with her, believing that this is what heaven had to be like.

Soon enough, the fatigue overcame them and they returned to their original position, only this time with fewer clothes than before. His arms revisited their place around her naked waist and her head went back to his shoulder. She draped her legs across his and he pulled the blanket up over them, concealing their bodies. In less than five minutes she was asleep, her breathing steady.

He smiled and murmured: Goodnight baby, sweet dreams.

Stephen Warner: To start off, I am thoroughly impressed. The writing style is somewhat unique, and the plot seemed to move at a nice and steady pace.
