5: I Am Going To Say Fuck

The school was nothing compared to the one I went to in New York. The architecture of this school is half of my previous school but I just have to spend three months here. When told my mother there is no chance in hell I would get accepted this late but when she smiled at me I knew it was not going to be a problem. Apparently, my parents are skilled problem solvers using only one solution, money. Gina said this school was full of drama, I didn’t expect a union of High School Musical and Mean Girls. I was quite shocked to see the way people in this school behaved. They were staring at me and not even cryptic about it.

Well hello, I’m a Homosapien too. Are you?

I don’t mind the stares I know people are curious to know who the head-turning new bitch is but they can try to be a little subtle. The day moved with the slowest pace, Literature, History and Math: all the boring subjects took a toll on me. I was barely able to open my eyes by the time the lunch break came.

“What the fuck was that? The teachers are like machines. I was seriously thinking about Vampire Diaries so that I could look interested in whatever they were teaching. This is my first day in my last year of high school and I feel royally screwed.”
I know I was being an overdramatic angel but I absolutely loathed the teachers. I’m not the nerd in the room but I’m also not a brainless girl. I like to study if I feel an interest in the subject.

“You’ll get used to it.”

That was all Gina said before we made our way to the canteen. The whole interior was red and I think I saw a corner which was splattered with real blood. This place is gross. I was seriously in a don’t-mess-with-me mood. I followed Gina to a half-filled table and pulled out my phone as soon as I sat. I scrolled through my contacts until I found Alastair, quickly I composed a message.

Come pick me up. I’m dying over here.

I played with my phone for a while and then looked up only to find everyone at the table staring at me. Gina was talking to some girl beside me and guy 1 and guy 2 were basically eating fries through their noses.

“Do you want me to twirl around for you two? You both look like your eyes are stuck on something ..oh wait that’s my breasts! Is it still not clear what I am trying to say...Stop staring at me and close your mouths for god sake. You both are pathetic.”

Now everyone in the canteen was staring at me. I was not that loud. My phone chimed and I noticed Alastair was calling me. I accepted the call and moved out of the range of gossipmongers.

“Hey, brother!”

I said in a sickly sweet voice. I’m going to have so much fun with this one. He seems so gullible and sweet.

“Adelyn. You saved your number as Babydoll in my phone! Seriously?”

He could have just sent a message about this but I love how he is so attentive towards me and called immediately. I like a man who says it as is it.

“What is the problem? I’m your baby sister and I look like a doll. The name is perfect for me. Anyways, school is over. Come pick me up.”

The cover-up was not one of my finest but I know he is going to let it go. I know he is not dumb enough to buy this excuse but I really want to go home with him or anywhere with him actually.

“Addy I’m busy. Go attend your classes I’ll pick you up after school.”
Alastair sounded seriously stressed and I worried my lip hesitating a little and then ended the call with a short bye. Addy sounded so weird out his mouth, only my parents ever called me that. I like when he calls Adelyn, it sounds sexy coming out of his mouth.

If I had called any other guy, even from New York, he would be on the next flight to this hell. Alastair is so refreshing it is annoying but mysterious enough to keep me hooked. He is everything I want in a guy and I’ll have him at any cost. He can’t ignore or take me for granted. I love a challenge painted with off-limits.

I am like a fire. You’ll burn even if you don’t touch me. The heat is enough.

“Hey, Adelyn? Lunch break is over. Let’s get back to class.”
Gina was probably the only one I liked so far. She doesn’t ask me unnecessary questions and she is quite straightforward. Just the type of people I like to surround myself with.

I got detention on my first day which is just my luck. How is that even possible? It usually takes me a week to get detention. It is not my fault if the teacher was nodding off while teaching us and I was using Tinder on my phone. The old-grease-ball-looking teacher told me to summon in room 101, wherever the hell it was but I was obviously not going for reasons, first, I don’t want to go and second I want to run out of this hellhole.

I quickly messaged Alastair to pick me up. I told Gina about my family and very little about him. She’s waiting beside me for him. Finally, I see a car whose name I don’t know because I’m just not interested. It looks expensive, branded and comfortable and that’s all that matters.

I stood up from the steps I was sitting on. The parking area was still quite crowded so a car like that obviously caught attention. Alastair opened his car door and stepped out looking like the greek god he is. What I didn’t expect was to see him in casual clothes because I thought he came straight from the office. His V neck white shirt fits him at all the right places. I couldn’t help but stare at him just like all the other girls who looked like they suddenly had asthma.

He looked around and spotted me and with a show of two fingers, he signalled me to come to him.

Oh bossy. I like that.

Gina was standing still like a statue and I couldn’t help but smile at her. This guy who makes everyone drool over him is going to be mine one day. I said a quick goodbye to her before I made my way to his car and settled myself while throwing my sling bag in the backseat. Alastair pulled out of the parking lot and started driving towards home.

My eyes wandered back to his body and his veins were doing a number on me. I have a vein fetish I guess because this is actually turning me on. I bit my lip and thought of teasing him a little. I had bunched up my skirt higher than it was that the material grazed my mid-thigh.

I sat cross-legged and pulled out my phone to act nonchalant to the fact that my skirt was crossing decent barriers. I turned my body towards him and then looked at him. He was clearly struggling.

His hands were gripping the steering wheel so tight that his knuckles were turning white. Not making this easy on him I turned completely around and got on my knees on the seat. I move towards the backseat, my hips touching his shoulders. Then the car suddenly halted and I half fell on the back seat.

Super Awkward

“What the fuck are doing Adelyn?”
Alastair shouted at the top of his lungs. The man sure has a temper.

“I was just getting my bag. I wanted my water bottle. You just hurt me twice. First in the morning and then now. What the fuck is wrong with you?”
I was angry. He ruined my plan. I wanted to drink water in front of him in a way he had never seen before. I don’t like it when things don’t go as I have planned.

“You will not use such language.”
He said finally after taking a pause for a millennial. I gaped at him. What is wrong with him? Is he serious right now?

“Excuse me. I’m not a fucking child and if I want to say fuck I will say fuck how many fucking times I want to say it.”
I was enraged and wanted to hit something or rather someone. He was acting like a complete idiot.

“You kiss your mother with that mouth.”
He glared at me. Why was he talking like my neighbour back at home, Mrs. Gary?

I glared back at him and said something which left us both stunned.

“No. I kiss dicks with that mouth.”
