In Heaven

Months later...

Sam just finished his book signing held in our bookstore. Once no one left except for Dana, his assistance, I sauntered closer to him.

The book launching was a huge success and had been on the best selling lists for three weeks now. He was even my guest on my blog, and I had never received those kinds of feedbacks that blew off my emails as well. That day, he officially announced that we were dating, our readers and fans were going wild.

“I’ll give you a call about your next event, okay? And Sam, have you decided about the offer?” Dana asked.

He’d been thinking for a week now, but haven’t decided yet. He’d been considering his privacy since his last relationship had too much publicity, including their breakup.

He must have noticed my closeness. “It’s up to her.”

I wrapped my hand around his arm. “Well, it’s up to us. I’m gonna consider the offer if the taping will be done at Inn Haven. What do you think?”

He glanced at me, smiling. “Why have I not thought of that?”

“That’s why you have me.” I gave him a quick kiss on his lips. “And I have you, handsome.”

“Okay, consider the offer. Arrange a meeting next week. I have to spend time with my woman for a few days. Please, handle all the calls and emails, Dana.”

“Sure. You both have a flight to catch. The jet is leaving in two hours.”

“Thank you.”

The flight was uneventful. We took a nap in the jet. We both needed it because we were expecting what would happen once we got back to the Inn were far eventful than the last time we were there.

At the Inn...

“Take off your clothes. Now,” he ordered while he was busy shrugging off his.

I was already leaning against the doorjamb with my black lacy lingerie I bought while he was busy with his book promotions.

His heavy-lidded eyes scanned me from head to toe, then back to my chest, down to my abdomen, then took a little bit longer on my skimpy panties. The look on his face was what exactly I’d like to see, a mixture of lust, love, and pride.

“See something you like?”

“More than I like. You never ceased to amaze me, Audrey. Come here, my love.”

I noticed his excitement through the bulge on his boxers that had me shivered at his blazing stare. I sauntered toward him, my body tingled as I approached closer.

He smirked, the same confident and cocky he did when he caught me from falling in my first visit to this place.

He studied my face as he cupped my breast against the thin fabric. I licked my lips then bit the bottom to tease him more.

“I love you and I want you, Sam,” I said before I grabbed the back of his head and smashed my mouth into his.

“I love you more.”
