(20) itchy hands

Five days later:

“Hey Nala, do you have any lotion? My hands are dry.”

“Umm hum, I have some in the bathroom cabinet.” She says muffled by a mouth full of strawberry yogurt.

“Thanks,” I say as I head towards her bathroom and open her cabinet. I see a pink bottle that looks to be lotion and I apply it all over my hands, before putting it back.

“So, are you ready to meet my family, beautiful?” I ask her and she sighs deeply.

“What if they don’t like me?”

I place a hand on her thigh as I sit next to her.

“Since when do you care what people think of you Nala?”

She shrugs.

“This just means a lot to me. No guy has ever really taken me to meet their family.” I look at her in surprise.

“Nala, you’ve never had a serious relationship?”

She shakes her head and looks down embarrassed.

“I’ve had flings, but I end up scaring most guys away with my weirdness, wildness, and the fact that I am too honest.”

I smile at her and caress her bottom lip, and her expression softens.

“But I love that about you. Among other things, like your mental strength of having to deal with so much stress, your aspirations, your intelligence.” She smiles at me.

“Go on, continue.” She says as she lays back on the sofa to get more comfortable. I chuckle.

“The way your hair smells like vanilla after a shower, those brown reflective eyes that hold so much love in them. You’re flawless skin and that ass? Woooo! That ass can sit on my face any time of the day. Next time you come to my office the only seat you will have is my face and...”

She cracks up laughing.

“Oh my goodness stop! Ha!” She smacks me and I chuckle as I scratch my hands that are now itchy.

“I love everything about you too, despite me believing you were a lot worse then I imagined. I was wrong to judge you so much. Lorenzo the truth is... I think you’re my first love. I mean I’ve said those three words to other men, but I didn’t really feel it. Not like I do with you. I love you.”

I smile as I tilt her face towards mine and I kiss her passionately. Her tongue sweeps across mine smoothly, and her arms wrap around my neck. Suddenly my hands get even itchier so I’m forced to pull away.

“Ouch, what the hell?” I ask as my hands start burning.

“What’s wrong?”

“I must be allergic to that lotion in your bathroom,” I say as I head to the bathroom to rinse my hands off frantically.

“My mom, says that if your hands are itchy, it means that you are going to get some money.” She says as she hands me a washcloth.

“Nala, I’m a billionaire,” I tell her in an obvious way and she gasps.

“So the legend is true!” She says jokingly and opens the cabinet.

“Um, Lorenzo... what lotion did you use?”

I look up at the cabinet and point to it with my nose.

“That pink one, why?”

She laughs hysterically.

“Lorenzo, that is hair removal cream!”

I bite my lip to keep from laughing at my own embarrassment.

She doesn’t stop laughing so I splash her with some water and she gasps loudly.

“Oh, you wanna play dirty Lorenzo?” She asks with an arched eyebrow, and I smirk at her.

“Technically I’m playing clean since I splashed you with water.”

She puckers her lips as if she’s thinking about something and staring off into outer space, then unexpectedly she takes her plastic spoon and flicks yogurt at my face. Before I can react she licks it off.

“Nala!” I yell as I go to grab her and she runs out of the bathroom laughing and locks herself in her room.

“Go on and get ready boss! I’ll be here getting ready as well!” She yells from the other side of her door.

“Okay, but you better be ready in an hour Nala!”

“Yeah, yeah, I’ll be ready for that DICK!” She yells gigging and I shake my head laughing.

“Damn right,” I say before leaving.

One hour later:

Nala POV:

“Damn it, where the hell is my quartz earrings?” I ask myself as Lorenzo paces back and forth in my living room.

“Nala, sweetheart, forget the earrings. If we’re late to dinner mom will throw her sandal at me. Vamonos.”

I groan.

“Hold on, I’m trying to remember... oh yeah!” I say as I head back into my room and I look through my other purse.

“Found them!”

“Thank you, baby Jesus.” He says and I walk up to him with a smile.

“I’m ready,” I tell him and he grabs my hand.

“Oh I need to put some lotion on my...”

“No, Nala.” He says before lifting me up and swinging me over his shoulder. I gasp as he walks us outside the apartment complex, and I feel the cool breeze hit my ass under my dress.

“Lorenzo! this is embarrassing, but also a turn on. Hum...”

He spanks my ass just as my old lady neighbor walks to her apartment door, and I yelp in surprise.

“Good evening Nala, seems like you’ve got yourself into some trouble.” She says and I blush embarrassed as Lorenzo chuckles and walks past her.

“Good evening Ms. Burg.” I wave to her over Lorenzo’s shoulder and she winks at me. Ha! That old freak. Love her to death.

On our drive to his mother’s house, I suddenly get very nervous.

“Should I have gotten something for your mother? Shit. I really should have got her something.”

He chuckles.

“Nala, relax, and trust me when I say she’ll just be happy to meet you, and knowing my mother she will try to act as normal as possible before she lets her crazy side slip. You have been warned.”

I sigh and nod.

Lorenzo places his hand over mine, trying to relax me, and it works.

“You do realize I’m lucky to have you, don’t you Nala?”

My heart dances and I lay my head on his shoulder.

“I’m the lucky one Lorenzo, I mean how in the world did I manage to snag the hottest bachelor in New York? But the best part is that I actually know who you are on a level most women have never gotten to, and that makes me really happy.”

He smiles warmly.

“Other than my mother of course. Speaking of... were here.”
