This is the story of Maeve Sallow, a sixth form student from St. James College, Brighton. While studying, she faces typical problems e.g. applications and love-crisis. Any ways, Maeve starts living a double-life, on the one hand she's a motivated student who's willing to work and applying to study at Oxford University. On the other hand she's a drug addicted girl on her way to get clean (from the drugs and the guys she started taking drugs with), the one who has an affair with a teacher, doesn't know anything about herself and the one who's barely broken and anxious inside.
