Chris

I ended up taking her back to my place the children were at school, so we had six hours to be together before we were interrupted, and I wasn’t going to waste any of it. When she got out the car I grabbed her hand then followed her into the house wrapping my hands around her waist touching my unborn child. I didn’t want any more children, but if it was with Laura, I didn’t care.

“Welcome home,” I said as we walked into the house.

“This is your house?” She asked, stunned at the sight

I smile, “Yeah, I know huge. Don’t ask me why I don’t remember why I wanted such a big house,” I explained.

“This is more like a hotel,” she said, as we walked through my mansion.

“I’ve been told. But do you like it?” I asked, leading her towards the stairs

“I don’t like the decorations, but this is your house, so it doesn’t matter what I like,” she said, nonchalantly.

“This is our house,” I corrected, “and if you don’t like the decoration then you can change it,” I said deciding then and there that she was moving in and never going back to Lenard’s.

“Funny but this isn’t my home,” she said, following me up the stairs to the largest room in the house. It wasn’t mine and Sandy’s, it was the room I had shared with Tonya, but for some strange reason, T’s voice was in my head claiming that Laura was Tonya only she didn’t know.

“I’m serious,” I said, as I opened the door to a room I hadn’t set foot in, in three years.

She only smiled then turned her attention to the room in front of her and said, “I know this place,” while stepping inside and looking around.

I sat on the bed watching her curiously as she explored the room that only the servants were allowed to clean once a week and never move anything out of place. The setting wasn’t health, but it was my way of dealing with the trauma, still the fact that Laura knew the place made me ask “How? You’ve never been here before? Unless, did you stalk me?” I teased.

She giggled then shook her head no, “I’ve dreamed about it I didn’t think it was real. Maybe I was seeing the future,”

“Maybe,” I said wondering if maybe Tiana wasn’t as crazy as I believed she was. “Come here,” I beckoned.

She smiled then slowly made her way towards me. I was laying on the bed, so she climbed on me then laid her head on my chest as I stroked her hair. This was paradise I would finally be able to breathe knowing that she was with me, but I could tell she was distracted. “What’s wrong?”

“It’s just something the doctor said,” she said, shaking her head.

“What the doctor say?” I asked, gently rubbing my hands down her back.

“You know how I told you I had suffered a miscarriage a few years ago because of my weak womb.”

“Are you worried about our baby?” I asked, holding her tighter as if to assure her that everything would be alright.

She shook her head no then rose up and looked at me, eyes full of tears.

“What’s wrong?” I asked, feeling the urge to hurt whoever hurt her.

“The doctor said, that my womb wasn’t weak and that I had carried my child to term. The birth was full term and he wasn’t my only one. I don’t remember having anymore children. I just remember my son. I remember losing him and having a breakdown. But if the doctor is right, where is my baby? Where are my children?”

I rose up pulling her deeper into my embrace. A million thoughts went through my head. Is she really Tonya? Is she suffering from amnesia? I didn’t know and me not knowing was pissing me off. If she was Tonya and didn’t know then I was such an idiot to doubt her love for me and our children and I needed to tell them their mother was alive and who she was. But if she wasn’t I just needed to kill Lenny and be done with it. Either way I had to take care of that snake, his family, and whoever else had anything to do with hurting my girl. “Don’t think about that right now. You have to remain stress free okay, for the baby,” I said, reminding her of our little one growing in her womb.

“It’s hard being stress free living in that house,” she said, laying her head on my shoulder.

“Right,” I said, bitterly.

“But I will try, then Lenny and I will move to Florida and,” I kissed her before she could finish.

There was no way in hell she was going to Florida and I’d be damned if that asshole raised my child and if she really was Tonya, he would never touch her again I’d make sure of that. “He’s leaving, you two are staying,” I ordered.

“But Chris,” She said, wide eyed. It was the first time she’d call me by my name and I couldn’t help but smile.

“Say it again,” I ordered.

She smiled then said, “Chris,” and that was it. I couldn’t hold myself back. I had longed to hear her say my name ever since we started our affair and now that she had, I felt rejuvenated and my cock sprung to life as if it were back from the dead.
