Chapter 8

Unknown POV:

“How do I look?” I already knew I looked stunning. I just wanted to hear it from someone else.

“You look absolutely stunning as usual. It’ll be like you never left.”

I had just returned from my extended holiday and I heard my babes was throwing a party. I thought, why not surprise him by showing up, since I knew he missed me. I mean who wouldn’t miss me. I knew those idiots at that school are probably lost without me anyway.

I decided to wear a black bodycon mini dress. This way he could see all my curves, and take me right then and there. I was his weakness.

I was currently sitting in the car touching up my make up before I headed into the party. Always want to look my best for my baby.

“You ready to head in?”

“No, I just want to finish touching up my make-up.” she said looking into the sun visor.

“Does it look like I care? Let’s go.” I opened the door and stepped out.

I walked to the door of the house. You could hear the music pumping from outside of the house. I could tell that the whole school was here, which would be great to make my entrance.

I opened the door of the house and stepped in. No one looked at me or paid me any attention. That’s weird... maybe they couldn’t see me because of the bad lighting. It was pretty dark in here anyway.

I walked a little further into the party to see if I could find him. That’s why I was here anyway. But first I needed a drink.

I tapped some guy from school’s shoulder. I didn’t actually know him, but I knew he knew me. Everyone knows who I am.

“Get me a drink.”

“Why in the hell would I do that?” He replied in such a sharp tone. Who in the hell did he think he was talking to?

“Do you know who I am?” Was this guy blind, stupid or just both?

“Yes, I know who you are. But I still don’t give two flying fucks. You can get your own drink just like the rest of us. You’re not that special.” He turned back to his previous conversation, before I could respond.

“Did that just happen right now?” I closed my eyes and scrunched my fists at my side.

“It did. Wtf is happening right now?”

“Shut the fuck up! That was a rhetorical question!” I turned to face her. Why was this girl such a fucking idiot? You’d think she wasn’t this dumb.

“Sorry! Umm...Lets just get drinks, then we can do what we came here to do?”

“Finally, the first good idea out of your mouth.” I rolled my eyes in frustration. How could I befriend such an idiot?

We first headed to the kitchen to get drinks. I needed to get a drink in me, so I could relax and not be so tense. I poured myself some gin and leaned against the kitchen countertop.

Now where would I hangout if I was hosting a party and I was the reason why half of these girls came to this party.

“This party is bouncing, don’t you think?”

“It’s whatever... I’m not really here for that anyway?” I replied as I slowly sipped my drink.

“Then let’s do what you’re here for, then can we party afterwards?”

“Ok, fine. Lets go. Then you can party afterwards.”

“Great! Let’s check in the yard first.”

I knew where that was since I had been in this house multiple times before. And every time was one for the memory books. But I wanted more now and I was going to get it. I always get what I want.

I walked towards the sliding door at the other end of the room. I could see him. He was so sexy; dare I say sexier than Damon Salvatore from Vampire Diaries. He sat in a camp chair with a beer in his hand. He had on a black T that sculpted out his body with every slight movement, light-washed ripped jeans that slightly showed his bulge every time he leaned forward to engage in conversation and lastly the biggest smile on his face that I hadn’t ever seen when he was me.

Wait a second...Why the hell was he smiling like that? More importantly who was making him smile like that. That should be me, making him smile like that.

“Who the hell is sitting there?” the anger evident in my voice.

“Well... from what I can tell... I think its Liam, Reid, Nate, Raven... huh that’s weird, I don’t know the other girl. Maybe she isn’t from our school.” She stated

“Are you sure she isn’t from our school?” I didn’t need another bitch trying their luck on my man.

“Well, I wouldn’t know because I haven’t been to school this whole week.”

“Why not? Where you sick? I know how difficult it’s been for you.” I turned to look at her. I gave her a quick once over. I knew how easily something could’ve gone wrong...

“No, don’t worry man. I just figured since you’re not going to school, I don’t have to.” She smiled at me innocently. I let out a breath of relief I didn’t know I was holding. She didn’t seem to notice.

“Are you stupid?” I rolled my eyes out of frustration, “You were supposed to go to school so you could gather intel for when I come back. So, I could know who was trying to throw themselves at him and crush them.”

“Oh, my bad. I forgot.”

“Of course, you would forget. Doesn’t matter who she is anyway, I’m better.” With that, I flicked my hair over my shoulder and walked out towards them with confidence.

“Hey babe,” I sat down on Reid’s lap and draped my arm around his shoulder. I kissed him on the cheek, making sure to leave some of my lipstick in its place.

“How you been?” I turned to the rest of the group, since I could tell he wasn’t going to answer. He was literally staring at me in awe.

“Boys, you? Raven what about you?” they all just looked at me in shock! Maybe it was time to address the elephant in the room.”

“What about you? Since the rest of them won’t answer me.” i turned to face this unknown girl.

“Mm..me?” she pointed at herself.

“Yes you. Who else here is dressed from the cheap thrift store down on 5th?”

That’s sure to send her packing.
