Timothy heard his front doorbell right before lunchtime. He knew his househelp was still out shopping and his chauffeur who combine as gardner had taken her in the car, so he went himself to answer it.
Mr. Daniel stood in his doorway. His face contorted in bewilderment. "Good afternoon doc. May I come in?"
"Of course!" Timothy stepped back to allow the troubled middle-aged man entry. "Hope all is well Mr. Dan. You look worried." Timothy gestured for him to take a seat.
He sat down and began. "It's Becky again o, doc. I haven't seen her in three days."
Timothy's brow furrowed in thought. "She didn't tell you where she went?"
"She did." Came the swift reply.
"So, what's the problem?" Timothy gave him a confused look.
"That's exactly the problem o. Dco." Mr. Daniel shrugged. "She is not where she said she would be. In fact, her friends have not seen her since five days now."
Timothy raised his hands. "Okay, Mr. Dan, let's just start from the beginning."
Timothy realized he was in for another of Nurse Rebecca's rendezvous with her husband.
