Drawing one: Meeting

"Oh come on! It's the first day of your Junior year, and you forget to set your alarm clock. Real smooth." My friend, Toby chided as he met me at the front door while I was frantically pulling on my shoes.

"Yeah yeah, I got it, you don't have to say that, for the tenth time in a row. You're distracting me." I grumbled as I tied the final shoe. I slung my backpack over my shoulder and followed my frantic friend.

"Don't you understand? Karma? Girls love it when guys get to their classes on time!" Toby whined. "But now that profile of mine is ruined." Tiny sniffed. I rolled my eyes.

"You can't ruin a profile that was never made. And we're not even that late. It's 10 minutes till first period." I checked my watch. Toby frowned. "But what about getting everything situated in our lockers and stuff?"

"Just carry it all. You can manage."

"Well, I guess."
