MAGIC DUST CAFE

❝How much can you fade away under the dominance of another person over your heart?❞ - Magic Dust Cafe.

When Sapphire enters Magic Dust Café she encounters her first love—the boy who left her life in ruins when he fled town after high school without so much as a word goodbye. One glance of Keith’s haunted blue eyes tells her he’s finally ready to talk. As for her? She no longer cares enough to listen. At least, that’s what she tells herself.

Besides, Sapphire has enough on her plate. Her best friend Diana is struggling to forget or rather move on from the mess her Dad has created by cheating on her Mom. Desperate, Sapphire pushes her issues with Keith aside and teams up with Diana’s wanna-be boyfriend, Matt. Together, she and Matt struggle to keep Diana from slipping into depression.

When Sapphire blows off steam by kissing another guy during a random house party, Keith falls apart. With this evidence that Keith’s feelings for her are genuine, Sapphire has to choose now :

Give Keith another chance and risk losing all the progress she’s made in getting over him, or finally let go of the only boy she’s ever truly loved.
