And in the end
All I learned was how
To be strong alone.

•Alexis' POV•

I glared at Blake as he tried to shove me into his car.

"Come on, Alexis. You are coming home with me."

"No. I'm going back to my home and you go back to yours."

He shook his head.

"Not going to happen."

"Ashley! Peter! You wouldn't let him take me would you?"

They both shrugged their shoulders.

"I mean..."

"I thought you guys were my friends," I pouted.

"Oh no. Don't start that. Don't give us that look," Pete said while pointing a finger at me.

"Come on gattina, I wasn't asking for your permission whether you wanted to come or no."

I suddenly got an idea.

"My uncle wouldn't allow that. This is kidnapping. Plus there are many people here to witness this."

He smirked. He freaking smirked!

"I got that covered already."

My eyes widen in horror.

"My parents are best friends with your uncle and aunt, duh."

"How come I never heard about you or saw you before?" I asked.

"That's a story I'll tell another time."

"Peter did you knew about this?"

"I-um. No?" He stuttered.

I sigh in defeat.

"Find. I'll come with you after I make a phone call and get my things from their car."

Blake nodded his head then took a phone call which seems to be an emergency. Since his eyebrows furrowed.

"Ok guys. I'm probably going to do the most stupidest thing ever. But I'm going to try and run away before Blake takes me to his house," I whispered.

Ashley gasped.

"How will you do that?"

"Simple. I'm going to use your car and we will drive to Uncle John's house."

"What if Blake catches us! That guy is scary when he gets mad," Peter said.

I waved his worries away.

"Don't worry. Besides I'm a fast racer, remember."

He started to protest.

"No buts. Now give me the keys."

He sighs in defeated and hanged me the keys.

"Well, you better hurry. Blake seems to be almost done with his phone call," Ashley said.

I nodded my head and quickly started the car. They all head inside as I locked the doors.

"We don't have time for this. Yes, we are ready!" Ashley said.

"Ok! Geez."

I drop out of the amusement park quickly going the opposite direction, hoping that Blake didn't see the car.

"Um. Quick question. Doesn't Blake have your phone number? Couldn't he track you down?" Peter asked.

"Shoot," I mumbled.

"You're right. Then we better go home fast."

That's when my phone went off. My eyes widen in horror, I pulled my phone out without looking away from the road.

"Answer it for me, Ashley!"

She clicks accept.

I cringed.

"Hello to you too."

"I'm dead serious, Alexis. Where are you?!"

"I'm serious too. I'm in the bathroom," I lied.

"Then why are both Ashley and Peter gone, along with their car?!"

"They left remember. I said goodbye to them before heading to the bathroom."

I heard him make a grunting noise.

"If you don't come here in 1 minute I'm hunting you down," he said before he disconnected the call.

"We're screw," Peter mumbled.

"I knew I shouldn't have listened to you! Now we got a mafia's king chasing after us. No more like HUNTING us down!"

"Chill. I wouldn't get my cousin and best friend killed...on purposed," I said.

At the corner of my eye, I saw him throw his arms up in the air.

"That's it. I'm dead, you're dead. Ashley's dead. We are all going to die!"

"No, we aren't!" Ashley scowl at him.

"How would you kn-"

My phone vibrated.

"What does it say?"

"From My Worst Nightmare. I'm coming."

"That's it! We are all goners! Can I get ice cream before I die?" Peter asked.

"I-... I mean. Sure...if we were going to die. But we aren't," I said.

"But he literally just said he is coming for us!"

"And? We are literally back home now. Safe and sound."

I heard him let out a sigh of relief before running into his house.

I rolled my eyes at him and turn to Ashley.

"We should go in there and hide or head to the mall," I suggested.

"Let's go inside."

I opened the door only ending up bumping into a hard chest.

"Caught you."
