Epilogue

•Alexis' POV•

3 years later

"Breathe in!"

"HOW?!" I screamed while sucking in my stomach.

"My body is about to explode!"

Today was my wedding day and let just say everything is going crazy. Ashley and I were panicking when we realized that we woke up late. Another thing that went wrong is that Peter's shoes broke and now Adam has to go shopping for a new one. Everything is just a mess, but it will be alright in the end.

I hope.

"Just suck in a...little more."

Instead of listening to her, I exhale. She playfully punches me in the shoulder and finishes shoving me inside the dress.

"There!"

She wiped her forehead and fall back on the side chair.

"Now we have to do your hair and makeup."

I groan.

"Don't worry. It will be quick and make you look extra stunning, " the hairstylist reassure me.

I nodded and let her do her magic. She steps in front of me and starts pampering and moisturizing my face. After 10 minutes, when the sheet mask was done and let my skin soak in the moister, she starts applying makeup on.

I shiver when I felt the cold liquid touch my face. I rarely wear makeup, so wearing full-face makeup makes me feel like I'm wearing a heavy mask.

After what felt like hours the hairstylist finally said, "All done!"

She spins me around and I open my eyes. A gasp left my mouth as I stare at my reflection.

"Woah!"

I look like a whole new person. And my hair was perfect! It was in a low messy bun with a hairpiece. I was glowing!

"You look perfect, Lexi!" Ashley compliment me.

"I do."

The makeup and hair went well together with my simple, yet elegant wedding dress.

"Thank you, Tressa."

Tressa, the hairstylist, smiles at me as she hugs me.

"Congrats, and do whatever you want. The makeup won't be ruin and your hair should stay in place the whole day."

I nodded as I stare at my entire self again. My silk ballgown dress was simple, which expresses my personality. Simple. The earrings I was wearing were small dangling diamonds that match my heels.

I smile at my reflection as I twirl around. I was happy. Suddenly, I became worried.

"What if my dress falls?" I asked Ashley, "You know my boobs are small."

She burst out laughing as Tessa finish her hair.

"As if it will fall. It's perfectly secure. Don't worry."

I mumble 'If my boobs pop out of the dress I'm suing you' while looking at her. Her hair was curled down and two front pieces of her hair were twisted back. Her dress was a light purplish color and the top part was similar to my dress, too.

"5 minutes left!! The wedding is about to start!"

"What! Ashley hurry up and get me my flower thingie!"

I forgot to mention this but we are having a private wedding in our massive backyard. I haven't got the chance to see it yet but all I know is that Blake set everything up. Besides the cake, of course, I help pick it out.

Instead of a "normal, traditional" wedding, we were making it our way. Instead of my Uncle walking me down, since my dad is...decreased, Blake and I are going to walk down the aisle at the same time.

"Come on, Alexis! Here is your flower now hurry up! It's starting!"

I suck in a breathe and walk down the stairs with Ashley. My heart race as my eyes landed on one person. Blake.

He was looking more handsome than ever. His nicely iron black suit makes his jawline seem sharper. His hair was perfectly silk backing making him look even more dashing.

He smiles at me then walk over to me and took my hand away from Ashley.

"You look beautiful, my soon to he wife."

I grin.

"You look handsome."

"Shall we?"

I nodded and we both walk out of the door. My family and Blake's same and friends turn and gasp. They stare at us in awe as we made our way down the aisle that was filled with fairy lights and roses.

I could hear Ashley and Peter's footsteps as they follow behind us. My heart clutch as we finally stood in front of everyone. Blake grips my hand and looks at me, reassuring me that everything was going to be alright.

"Dearly Beloved, we are gathered here today in the presence of these witnesses, to join Blake Peterson and Alexis Carter in matrimony commended to be honorable among all; and therefore is not to be entered into lightly but reverently, passionately, lovingly and solemnly. Into this - these two persons present now come to be joined. If any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together - let them speak now or forever hold their peace."

(Yo, I honestly have no clue how to write a wedding scene so I had to search it up and stuff)

The priest looks around before looking back at his empty book.

...

"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride"

Blake didn't waste his time and grab the back of my neck and kiss me. I smile during the kiss as I slowly pull away, not wanting it to get too intense.

He winks at me when he saw how red my cheeks were.

"I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. Peterson!"

A round of applause was heard as we held each other hands and face our friends and family. Ashley wiped her tears as she whistles at me.

"You go, girl!" She yelled.

My uncle was giving me a thumbs-up as I smile brightly at him. And then there was Adam. He was standing next to his beautiful wife that was pregnant with their first child. I was happy for him.

He notices my staring and looks at me. He sends me flying kisses then turns his attention back to his very pregnant wife.

I look up at Blake and notice that he was already staring at me.

"Ready, Mrs. Peterson?"

"Ready!"

We walk down the aisle again and made way to the reception party as everyone clap and whistle at us. Rose petals were flying around the sky and fireworks were fired into the air.

I smile as I attach myself closer to Blake. Everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier.

...
So, I am really bad at writing wedding scenes so yeah. I hope you guys enjoyed it even tho it was SUPER short and simple.

I'm leaving the wedding and reception party pictures to your imagination!
