Chapter 1

Walking into Starbucks, I instantly notice the girl sitting in the corner like always, drinking her coffee. I sat closest to her and took out my phone. She usually came in here after school and sat in her usual seat with a cup of coffee and her computer. Especially wearing band shirts.

“Hey Alice. What’s up?” I asked her and she looked over and smiled.

“Hey Leo. Not much, just here with my coffee.”

“Why do you wear band shirts? I hope you don’t mind me asking.”

“Well, I think they’re cool.”

“Do you ever actually listen to the bands?”

“Um no. Should I?”

I chuckled and smiled.

“I guess. That’s why people wear band shirts.”

“Oh. I’ll take that as a compliment.” she smiled and went back to her computer.

“Okay, well, I’ll see you later?” I asked and she nodded as I got up and walked out.

I hope she starts to listen to them. She should like them if she wears their t-shirts..
