“Will I like them?” I asks as I hang upside down on the bleachers.

“We will see,” Is all Lewis says, we’re currently outisde for lunch on the bleachers.

I’ve been here for almost two weeks, all the teachers are asses, the students aren’t any better. The first day I showed up with Lew, it was over for me. Apparently, he’s a ‘Bad boy’, a third of the three musketeers (what I call them). Lewis told me I wouldn’t be able to say that around them, buuuuuutttttt he can’t tell me what to do, so I will most definitely say that.

Now all the girls have it out for me, I explained to Ms. Priss/Kayla that he’s basically my brother and this isn’t some Sweet Home Alabama shit. She didn’t think that was funny and through her green, witch smoothie at me.

I was about to charge at her and go all Kung Fu panda on her ass, but alas Lew picked my up like a sack of potatoes and carried me away. I WAS not happy. I got a few words in before I was dragged off.

That was 10 minutes ago.

Today is the day the three musteteers reunight. Lewis said that his friends were away at boot camp for their bad behavior (scary). When Lew told me he had friends I laughed, but then relized he was serious when he didn’t join in. (oops) A chime goes off next to me.

“They’re here,” I look around and see a blonde boy walking to us, along with an angry bird, trailing behind him. They stop infront of Lew and I, who are still hanging upside down.

“Hello,” Blondie says. I narrow my eyes, he has blue eyes, shaggy blonde hair, a tattoo sticking out from where his shirt ends on his neck, some silver rings on his hand, and blows a cloud of smoke out of his mouth. Plesant.

I look over to ‘red’, his sunglasses hide his eyes, jet black hair looks like her just got a perm, a scowl engraved onto his face, and an all black outfit. If I didn’t know, i’d say he’s the grim reapper.

I sit up and stand on the bleacher to be at level with blondie, looking him in the eyes I stick out my hand, “Hello”. He gives a look to Lew, who just shrugs.

“I’m Bridget, nice to meet you blondie,” He gives me a look but still shakes my hand. I look to ‘red’ beside him.

“I would say it’s nice to meet you but you look like the grim reapper and I don’t want to die just yet,” I hear Lew choke on his spit.

“Bridg,” Lew warns. I roll my eyes and step off the bleachers, plopping down beside him.

“What’s up with the hair?” Blondie asks.

“Ms. Priss, thought it would be funny to throw her drink on me,” I turn to Lew who looks scared. “You told me I got it all out”

“It’s not that noticeable”

“Blondie just noticed!”

“You do know I have a name right?”

“Yeah, but I don’t know it,” I shrug.

“it’s Caleb”

“Yeah, no. I’m sticking with blondie,” I put on a sweet smile. “What your tattoo?” He shifts uncomfortably, sore subject.

He looks to red and then Lew, so Lew knows. “I got it f-,” he starts but gets cut off by.

“Will Bridget Kate please report to the office,” There’s another Bridget in the school?

I turn back to blondie, waiting for him to continue. Lew looks at me, what does he want.

“Bridg you need to go to the office,” Shit, I forgot i’m not Bridget King here. I smile and grab my things, what did I do?

“Goodbye Lew,” I say saluting Lew. He rolls his eyes.

“That’s not my name!” He yells as I walk down the steps.

“So what?”

“Why did they call you to the office?”

“I got a strike for yelling names at my fellow peers, now shut up. I’m trying to work.” I scribble the last answers on the sheet and walk towards Mr. Grey’s desk. Sitting back down, I drum my fingers on the desk. Mr. Grey looks up at me and glare. I hold up my hands and stop. I lay my head on the desk, that night I was up with Bryant, I think he’s having nightmares. Before I know it, I’m asleep.

I’m pulled back to the night it all happened. The screams, the shots, the blood, boodies. I watch as he turns toward me falling down, holding his chest. The man in black jumps out the window. Running over to Eric, I flip him over. His eyes are wide open.

“No,” tears cloud my vision as I grasp for his hand.

I gasp as i’m brought back to the classroom, Lew holds onto me as everyone stares. My breathing is heavy as I hold onto Lew’s arms, afriad to be taken.

“It’s ok,” he whispers, but I know it’s not.
