Chapter 10: I want to lick his Oh-so-delicious abs

“That’s a sight I’d love to see every morning” I heard behind me. I jumped away from the counter, my hand on my heart trying to slow down my heartbeats. I turned to glare at Aiden but his eyes were not focused on my face, but rather on my legs.

“Good morning to you too” I retorted sarcastically. “You scared the hell out of me” I mumbled and continued to do my cereal. It was still eight in the morning and I wasn’t expecting anyone to be already up.

“Why are you up so early?” he asked and I turned to look at him while pointing to the right where there was the balcony. We had an awesome view from the balcony.

“Wanted to watch the sunrise” I told him. My eyes trailed on his shirtless figure and I gulped slightly at how tempting it was to touch his abs. He ran his hand in his head then rubbed his eyes slowly. I could see that he was still sleepy.

“I’m going to take a cold shower” he stated, causing me to choke with my own saliva.

“And why would you tell me that?” I exclaimed while shaking my head in disbelief.

“Because you cause that” he said, motioning to his pant. I could see a bulge making my eyes closed and I screeched.

“Why would you show me that? you moron!” I snapped only to hear him chuckling.

“Innocent nerd” he said and then, I could hear his steps fading. I opened my eyes and sighed in relief when I saw that he was no where to be seen.

“Unbelievable” I mumbled while taking my bowl of cereal and made my way to the balcony. I pulled a chair and sat in front of that fantastic view. A few minutes later, a chair pulled next to me. Adam gave me a lazy smile and pulled my bowl to him. He always does that! “You should really stop stealing my food. It annoys me” I told him grimly.

“I know it annoys you, little sister” Adam grinned. I couldn’t help but smile at his mischievous grin.

“I’m 5 minutes older than you” I scoffed, making him shrug.

“Still, I’m bigger than you” I rolled my eyes and watched as he ate the rest of my cereal like a dog who hasn’t eaten for days.

“Slow down, you’re going to choke!” i told him as I stood up and made my way to the railing of the balcony. I leant against it to see the swimming pool which was just beneath it. An idea strike my mind again. A better way to wake up would be to jump in the pool.

“Why do you have that grin on your face?” Adam asked cautiously.

“What grin?” I asked while smirking.

“The grin you always wear whenever you’re going to do something bad” he explained just as Aiden and David walked in the kitchen.

“Something bad?” Aiden asked as he titled his head to the left. I noticed that he did that every time he’s intrigued. I shrugged at my brother, ignoring the two other boys and pulled a chair next to the edge of the balcony. I stood on the edge and turned to stare at my brother.

“Is she suicidal?” David exclaimed while running to me. I chuckled and stared back at the pool. Let’s just not miss the pool!

“Victoria, Step down” Aiden said seriously with alert eyes. “Adam!” Aiden hissed when he realized that my brother wasn’t saying a word.

“What? She’s stubborn as fuck and it’s not as if she’s going to die!” Adam pointed out.

“What if she miss the swimming pool?” David argued. It was actually cute to see that the guys actually cared for me. My brother’s eyes widened when he realized that David may be right.

“Karma Victoria Amington! Get your ass down!” Adam shouted and I huffed. Just at that moment, Rebecca walked in the kitchen and when she saw me, she instantly knew what as I was up to as she squealed and jumped next to me.

“One, two, th-” Just as Becca took my hand and we were about to jump, Hannah’s voice was heard and John was standing by her side.

“What the fuck? Adam! Why don’t you stop them?” Hannah snapped angrily at my brother who flinched slightly. I understand him. Hannah can be really terrifying when she wants to.

“I tried but these two are stubborn!” Adam exclaimed, making Hannah turned to glare at us.

“The last time you did something reckless, you ended up with a broken rib!” She yelled at me and I shrugged.

“That was last time. Doesn’t mean it will happen again” I argued and she huffed in annoyance. I saw John making in hid way to us and he picked up Becca, throwing her over his shoulder. The latter giggled while letting Johnathan carrying her away. I turned my head back to the pool, getting ready to jump so that no one would stop me but then there was a voice right behind me.

“Don’t even think about it” Aiden said as he jumped on the edge next to me. He was looking at me as if I was a prey and he was the predator. I smirked and when he least expected it, I jumped in the pool, pulling him along with me. I felt bubbles of excitement in my stomach when I felt my body hitting the cold water. I heard someone reaching the water a few seconds later and I instantly knew that it was Aiden. I swam to the surface and was soon facing an angry looking Aiden. “What the fuck, Karma?” he sneered in anger and I stared at him in surprise, not really expecting such an outburst.

“I never told you to stop me” I snapped at him while he swam to the edge of the pool and pulled himself out. I could each of his muscles stretching as he got out of the water. “Don’t tell me you’re angry!′ I called and swam to him.

“I am!” he snapped.

“Why?” I asked, starting to feel anger rising too.

“Because you did a bitch move!” With those words, he walked away. His words stung but maybe I shouldn’t have pulled him with me. I walked back in the house to come face to face with a red face Hannah.

“Can’t you listen?” she asked with her hands on her hips.

“You asked me to be myself, didn’t you?” I snapped back. “Well, that was me” I walked back to my room. Regrets instantly filled in my heard and my head. I shouldn’t have taken my anger on my best friend. Seconds later, my door burst open and Hannah walked in.

“Listen, I shouldn’t have gone all Godzilla on you but I just don’t want you to get hurt again” Hannah rambled. I wrapped my arms around her and rested my head on her shoulder.

“I’m sorry I snapped at you” I apologized. She chuckled while pulling away to look at me with her mischievous grin.

“So Aiden is angry” she stated out of the blue. I shrugged and walked in the bathroom, trying to avoid this conversation.

“Not my problem” I mumbled as I stepped under the shower with my clothes on. The warm water cascaded on my body. I sighed in relief when I felt all my muscles relax.

“Really?” she asked, making me huff when I detect sarcasm in her tone.

“Yes” I replied. “Get me some clothes, please” I asked as I started stripping in the bathroom.

Aiden’s Point Of View

I walked down the corridor, trying to find Victoria’s room. I wanted to apologize for the way I acted with her. It wasn’t her fault as she didn’t know that I was afraid of height. No way I was going to tell her that.

“Really?” I heard Hannah asked from a room in front of me. I walked to where I heard her voice, then I heard Victoria’s voice.

“Yes. Get me some clothes, please” She asked. I entered the room, making Hannah turned to look at me with a smirk. She put a finger on her mouth, motioning me to shut up. I kept quiet and watched as she dug in Victoria’s wardrobe.

“You’re not going to apologize?” Hannah asked her and walked in the bathroom where I heard water running.

“I am” Tori answered making me smile. “Even though I don’t know what I did wrong” she huffed. I had the feeling that she wasn’t use to apologize. Seconds later, Hannah walked out of the bathroom and sat next to me with an evil smirk on her face.

“What do you think of him?” Hannah asked and this spiked my interest.

“Of who?” Karma asked reluctantly.

“Aiden” Hannah said.

“He’s mysterious” Karma answered instantly.

“That’s all you got to say?” Hannah asked in disbelief.

“What do you want me to say, Hannah?” She asked seriously as we heard the water stop running. Then I heard her giggle. “That I want to run my hand in his messy black hair? I want to lick his oh-so-delicious abs? That I want him to hold me in his muscular arms?” she asked making Hannah squealed in happiness while my jaw dropped open. Then I chuckled.

“You like him?!” Hannah asked while jumping on the bed.

“No, I don’t. Even if I did, I wouldn’t want the whole story with Ryan to repeat itself” Karma said. This intrigued me more. Just then, Hannah’s eyes widened and she pushed me.

“Go!” she mouthed. I stared at her while standing up. “It won’t” Hannah responded to Karma.

“Yes, it will” Karma said. I didn’t want to go. I wanted to hear what she got to say more. “It always happen with man whores” she sighed. Hannah glared at me and pushed me out of the room.

“What if he’s no more a man whore?” Hannah asked. I stood by the door, still listening to their conversation.

“I’m not taking the risk to get hurt again” Karma sighed. I peeked to see her drying her dark red hair with a towel. She was beautiful, intelligent, sassy and strong. She was the perfect type of girl and my eyes switched to her red lips. She gently bite on them and threw her towel on Hannah. “Drop it, Hannah” she said with a smile. “And I don’t even think he likes me that way” she told her before jumping on her bed.

“You never know” Hannah mumbled.

“Why are you defending him?” Karma asked with wide eyes.

“It’s just that you two look cute together” Hannah explained. I smiled slightly at the memory of us at the beach. Karma sighed and rolled on her back.

“He only wants to sleep with me” She pointed out. Okay. How am I going to argue with this? It’s my fault if she has such a low opinion of me. That’s what I thought I wanted at first but then I got to know her. I want more. I’m going to make her mine.
