Prologue
Ben Gibson here again. I still live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I moved out into my own apartment with Melanie, who I fell for about three years ago, and we got engaged.
It's also been three years since my mother, Dolores succumbed to ovarian cancer. I sure do miss her, and I visit her grave every week.
After my mother's death, my father remarried to Tara Abbott and they now have two year old twins, Sarah Elaine Gibson and Joseph Michael Gibson. After the twins were born, my father got a vasectomy.
My sister, Candice and her boyfriend, Darren got married and Candice is currently pregnant with their first child. Nora and Jason are expecting a second child, either a brother or sister for their two year old son, Alex. Nora sold her house that she shared with her now ex-husband, Sean(who's still in prison)and she and Jason live in an apartment where Brittany lives.
Sam is in high school and he just met that nice girl in his English class, Kristin Reed and they're in a relationship. My uncle Wayne still works as a baggage handler at Harrisburg Airport.
Ethan and Leslie, well, they joined my dad's business. Eve and Chris are expecting their second child, as well.
Megan and Gary, who have reconciled, are now expecting twins, twin siblings for Dallas and Lily. Kristen and Greg have been raising their three year old son, Max and their two year old daughter, Catherine and they're expecting their third child. My older brother, Clarence is also married to a woman named Mona and they're expecting their first child. Simon is also married to another woman named Claudia and they have a child on the way, too. Brittany came to work with me and Melanie as a cashier at Beiter's, and she's now dating a nice man named Jared Marshall. A week ago, I found out that my father's in-laws, Arnold and Sylvia(Tara's parents)are coming for the holidays, so is my grandfather, William, my aunts, Susie and Debbie and my uncle, Stu. Also, Jake and Tanya got married and they now have a son named Braxton.
This story I will tell you is how my family and I became one big happy family, just like three years ago.
