Becky Huntington's POV

I felt the warm air hit my face when I got out of the taxi.

"Here we go" I sighed to myself as if that would erase the fact that I was utterly and completely confused.

I stared down at the handbook checking for a map of the campus or something like that when I hit a thick wall of....muscle?

What the...

"Do you mind?" I all but snapped.

"Last I checked, you bumped into me, not the other way around" I heard a deep, husky voice and I looked up to meet brown eyes looking down at me. I absolutely couldn't stop staring.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer" he flashed me a grin.

"Do you mind pointing me towards Archwood dorm?"

"Sure, why?"

"Because that's my dorm" I rolled my eyes restraining myself from slapping him.

"Just go down this way and take a left" He pointed the directions. "By the way, I'm Jax. Good luck Princess..."He said while walking away.

Later in Archwood dorm.

64...65....66....finally room 67.

I sighed and pushed the door open. Luckily, the living room was clean. I opened the door to one of the rooms and immediately closed it.

It stank of used socks and rotten pizza.

I guess my roommate wasn't too keen on the idea of cleanliness.

I trudged over to the other room which was supposedly mine and collapsed onto the bed.

I was so not ready to start unpacking anything.

I'll just take a shower.

Thank heavens I don't share a bathroom with whatever pig stays in the other room, I can't even start to imagine what I'd find in there.

I was about to head over to the bathroom when my phone rang.

I let it ring for a while not because I didn't want to answer it, but, I was pretty much addicted to my ringtone.

I loved Eminem. Almost everything I owned was black or grey.

+why did you take so long to answer the phone! What if I was having a stroke or something?+

+If you were having a stroke, I don't think you'd be able to call me+

I felt her eyes roll over the phone

+Whatever, what dorm are you in?+

I pulled the phone away for the sake of my eardrums.

+Easy on the ears Liv, why'd you scream like that?!+

+Our dorms are right next to each other, by the way, I'll pick you up by 7 o'clock. +

+Jeez Liv, my eardrums are bleeding now!+

+Whatever, look good, Bye+

How the heck did she know there was a flipping frat party?!

Liv was my best friend since Junior High, her brother was a senior, so bullies weren't exactly my problem after I met her.

Time for my well-deserved shower.

I stripped down to my underwear and got into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and probably spent more than fifteen minutes in there.

I got out of the bathroom and into the living room in my sweatpants and bra, and what I saw almost made me pee in my pants.

"Jax!?" I was beyond confused at this point.

"Princess? What're you doing here?" He spoke like this wasn't weird at all.

"Um, this is my room..." I all but snapped at him.

"Oh, well then, in that case, welcome roommate"

"Roommate!? You're a boy?"

"It would appear so" he grinned.

"You're not.....bothered?" I was shouting at this point.

"Not in the slightest," he said without taking his eyes off me.

"Ugh!" I went through all possible ways I could get out of this situation but they all ended with me getting arrested or dropping out of school. So I was pretty much stuck with this jerk.

I sighed and checked the time on my phone.

"Nice view by the way." He pointed at me with his chin.

It was then only then that I realised I was still in my bra.

"Jesus!" I said while running back into the bathroom.

I arrived back at the living room and collapsed on the single-seater armchair.

"I have a question." He said making my lookup.

"Go on...". I looked at him.

"Why are you so.....proper?" He said leaning back in his chair.

"Pardon?" I sat up straight. "What do you mean?"

"I mean." He started. "Why do you behave so.....ya know....um.....innocent?"

"I am not innocent!" I pretended to pout.

"Prove it"

"How does one prove such a point?" I crossed my arms.

"You have the rest of today to utter as much as one swear word." He grinned.

"S-swear.....what does that mean.." I tried to pretend.

"Don't play dumb with me." He moved closer to me. "Use just one cuss word"

I gulped as he was now towering over me.

"Your time starts...now"

(Well...this is fun...I've only written this for now....so please tell me what you think about this. I'm not so confident in my writing skills so, help me out here😅. Love y'all!🥰)
