Do you believe in love at first sight?
That’s a question that has plagued me for years. I’ve scoffed and given my lewd opinion of the matter countless times. See, it’s because I never thought that I would be on the receiving end of that question.
Until, I met Kira.
It was only supposed to be one night. We met at a Frat party.
We got very drunk. We hooked up.
Then, I woke up beside her; I never thought she would be the answer to my question. The moment of clarity dawned on her and in that instant in a blink of an eye she was gone. But, to my surprise, she left behind evidence that this was her first time.
I was shocked.
Ever since that day, there was not a moment I have not thought about her or a night she hasn’t lingered in my dreams. My world just wasn’t the same.
But then, during a company board meeting I see her. Words could not explain what I felt at that moment when our eyes met.
We weren’t meant to see each other again, but fate had other plans.
It turns out that my one night stand was none other than.
Kira Malone Winthrop, The young heiress to our rival company; Winthrop Enterprises.
I try to weigh in the consequences of our actions. Resisting her is harder than I ever imagined. We grow closer and fall in love. We try to juggle with this new found love in secret. But, so much hangs in the balance as we fight to stay together.
Even with the danger of discovery looming over us, I can’t seem to let her go.
What we have can very much put us on the brink of losing so much.
But, loving her is so worth the risk.....
mullikin902: Do not start reading this book unless you have enough time to finish it in one sitting, because you will not be able to put it down! Superlative! Addictive! Deliciously wicked characters you can't get enough of. Impatiently waiting for the sequel!

annie08c: I really like this story, I can relate to it a lot and with how she feels, the boyfriend and the events that happened but I'm a little bit younger. It was really good plot, really liked how you stuck to the topic and you had a new title for every chapter making me guess what's going to happen. Ma...
nikmariecav: I loved reading this book! I was hooked from the moment I started reading. It took me a day to read the whole thing but I didn't want to stop reading. The way the paragraphs were broken up made it at times hard to read and know what was going on. Other than that I loved the plot and the character...
catd69: Karim is a very talented writer. When I started reading his journey it took me into the book and I was in the story till the end. I've never felt this way with any other writers stories. If you want to read a gripping adventure, this will be the one book I would suggest you pick.
bhodges11: I like the concept of the story, but there were things that I felt could use more detail. I like the back stories created, but was left wanting more from parts of the story. I like the cadence of the author's writing style - it was a very easy, enjoyable read. I felt like it ended on, not a cliff...
Natalie Summers: This book has its twists and turns to keep you invested. I loved the characters and was rooting for them. Their is so much heart in the story that it makes it difficult to put down. I haven't read a lot of books with LGBTQ characters, but I love it when I do. It makes it so much easier for me ...
SandraHan1: This story is very descriptive, with vivid scenes from the very beginning, which made for a good scene setting. I love the symbolism in names, such as “Naysayers”, “Hadd”, etc . The story itself is revolutionary, intriguing, emotional and exciting. I was very pleased to see that there is a happy ...
Elise Faith: I found this story sensual, captivating and honest. I enjoyed the use of crude language, it made me able to relate to the character more. The idea, however unoriginal was well executed and the story is delivered clean and crisp as the characters themselves are.
Alex Rushmer: Chapter One: Not much is happening in this chapter, but I was absolutely fascinated by the depth of your character development. I love how you just sat there with the reader and explored Eddward. Usually, that sort of thing gets boring very fast, but this was actually really cool! He's so unique ...
