My story is a fast paced sci-fi police drama that uses a sex change operation as its hook. The world is a mess ,with the criminals running the world with the police able to little more than crowd control. The top criminal, Kiwi, is a notorious womanizer. The police know this and send many women undercover to get to him but they all fail and end up dead. Their last hope is to order a male cop to get a sex change operation and go undercover as a woman. She/he get betrayed by her cheif and ends up joining Kiwi on his quest for world domination
