His hand was on the back of my neck as he walked me out of the cafe and into the dark alley besides it.

Carefully setting my drink down on the electrical box, I turned to look at him.

“Miss me?” He asked smirking.

“How could I not!” I yelled, jumping up into his arms. I connected our lips as he spun me around, lifting me off the ground.

I let out a small shriek of happiness as I started to laugh.

“I missed you too.” He said pulling me close and placing a quick kiss on my forehead.

"Axel! You have to help me. It's Queen Kina, my parents, and Damien. They have agreed to an arranged marriage between us. I can't marry him. I mean what about you, what about Ja-"

He cut me off with a breathtaking kiss. I smiled against his lips, right before I started to feel guilty. I now liked three men. James, Jake, and Axel.

Placing a swift and hard slap across his face, I pushed him away from me. “You were dead! You left me!” A small tear slid down my cheek.

I watched as he rubbed his cheek. “I’m sorry I scared you, angel, but you know I had to leave.”

I walked up to him and pulled him into a big hug. I rested my head on his chest as he snaked his arms around my waist.

“I never meant to hurt you.” He said against my hair.

“We can’t get back together.”

“Wh-” I cut him off.

“You left five years ago, and now you return and are hoping to get back together. I’m sorry, but I don’t think I’m ready for that just yet. But, I hope we can still be friends.” I looked at him hopefully.

“Wait, hold up. Did that kiss mean nothing to you? After that, you just want to drop me like I mean nothing to you? And you’re asking if we can still be friends!?”

“Please. You’re all I have.”

“Well now you have nothing.”

“Please.” I pleaded with him, hoping that he would forgive me for breaking his heart.

“Sorry Celeste, but I, I can’t.”

“I understand.” I did. I knew if I was in his place I would need time to recover also.

"I love you, Celeste. And I don't think I will ever stop. I just need you to know that."

"I love you too, Axel. But, I'm not ready yet. Maybe someday."

He turned back to face me. He slid his signature gold skull ring off of his finger and grabbed my hand. He turned over my hand, carefully placing the ring on my palm. Curling my fingers around it, he said, "To remember me."

He turned around, and I watched as he left me alone in the alley.

I softly whispered, "Goodbye Axel. I could never forget you." I carefully slipped the ring into my purse and grabbed my now-cold mocha.

Once I got back home, I walked passed Rehen's room only once calling out, "I'm home!".

Rehen ran out from his room and hugged me. Stiffening, I asked him what that was for.
"James called me and said you had run off. I was so worried! I didn't know if you were okay or not. NEVER do that again!"
I chuckled. "You won't believe who I ran into today."
I told him all about what happened, and he did his best to comfort me. After a while of talking, we got tired, and fell asleep sitting on my bed.
But, right before we fell asleep, Rehen mumbled to me, "Celeste, you can't ever do that again. I was so worried."
"I know Rehen. I know."

Emma’s POV
"Nooooo!" I screamed out, waking up from the same nightmare that has been plaguing my dreams for days.
"I h-hav-have to go help him." I said, trying to catch my breath.
I should get help. Maybe someone that knows their way around this place...

“Well anyway...” Damien responded.

“Okay, so. There is something I need to talk to you about.” I said, twirling his hair in my fingers. At the moment, I was sitting on a step with him below me. I had one foot on either side of him.

“Okay, what is it?”

“Well, you know about that nightmare thing I told you about? Well, it has been going on for days. I think it’s a sign. A vision.”

I gotta admit, I have been really happy lately. I think between when we first met and now, Damien and I have gotten a lot closer. He likes me to play with his hair, we share secrets together, and he even comes into my room at night to comfort me if I have a nightmare.

Anyways, “So, I was wondering if you could help me find a way back to Earth.”

“Oh...” He said, starting to think.

“Any ideas?”

“One. But I need some time. I’ll get back to you tomorrow.”

“Thanks bae, you’re the best!”

“You’re welcome.”

And then I kissed him on the cheek before getting up and leaving.
