TIME TRAVELER. PART FIVE.

The station I was on, was a place similar to the Alley of Doors. There were metal doors that stretched far ahead. And there seemed to be no end to it.

That was the teleportation station. To my surprise, there were no people here. Just robots. Perhaps because, a long time ago, one person, using teleport, ended up in a completely different dimension. And there, in another dimension, he spent many days. Since then, teleportation has become a subject of suspicion.

I've only tried teleportation once in my life. And that was when I was a kid. And then, I liked this kind of movement more than flying. But my mother forbade me to use teleportation, and I had to continue to be afraid at every take-off of the car.

When I opened the door, I found that the teleport had not changed. It was an ordinary booth with only ten buttons. On the other wall was a hologram that contained information about each button and the city as a whole. But I, remembering the words of the robot, pressed the top button and the door closed tightly.

I didn't feel anything, but when I saw a view of the bridge that divided the city in two, I pressed the button that showed the number two.

And even after that, I still didn't feel anything. Why don't people use teleport? After all, in just a few seconds, I was already where I wanted to be.

The door opened, and I went out to a busy street, around which towered four statuettes, the most important people of this century.

Among them, I recognized only the scientist Sennhandd, and the other three, I didn’t know them. But these statues looked like real ones. And I was a little scared, considering the way they stood, almost touching the sky and reminding everyone about how tiny they are.

To my surprise, but the Crystal part of the city was much lighter and here I even noticed the sun's rays.

Having unbuttoned my jacket, I moved on.

I remembered where my friend's house was and soon, I was already standing in front of the house without windows.

It looked like a very ordinary box. And this style of houses was considered the most fashionable. Architects, did everything to make the houses look like boxes of shoes. And while everyone admired this style, I didn’t like it at all.

Yundoran's house was located on a quiet street, where there were similar houses.

When I came to the door, I wanted to knock, but the door automatically opened.

"Okinizeus!"

"Where are you?"

I looked around, but he was nowhere to be found.

Despite the fact that the outside the house was like a box, inside, the house was cozy. Here was the most ordinary modern furniture, which levitated over the floor and wooden walls. Despite the fact that there were no windows, still these walls could show the outside world.

In general, the house was fresh and calm. I lay down on the couch and closed my eyes.

"I'm a little tired. You know, I used the teleport today. I don't understand why everyone forgot about it. It's so convenient."

"Yes. Teleportation is too undervalued."

"Where are you? In the toilet?"
"I'm coming now!"

"You must be Okinizeus?!”

Suddenly, I heard a voice I didn't know. I opened my eyes and saw a woman looking at me a little surprised.

This woman's face was familiar to me. I got up and didn't know what to say. She looked at me like an alien, too.

Finally, Yundoran appeared and explained everything to me.

"My friend, this is Miss Eva. And she is the lead scientist in the SCIBMAG laboratory. She is a good friend of your favorite scientist."

Eva, looked at me with some suspicion, and I felt uncomfortable, from her gaze, which came from her black eyes.

I looked inquiringly at Yundoran, the very moment I turned away.

But he just shrugged.

When I sat down on the couch, right in front of her, she finally spoke.

"Mr. Okinizeus, I will go straight to the point. Yundoran told me that you know very well the entire history of mankind. Well, we just need that kind of person. I mean, historian."

"How can I help you?" I can finally show the world my accumulated knowledge!

Changing her expression to serious one, she leaned against the back of the sofa.

I looked at her and most of all my attention was attracted by the ring in the form of the planet Earth. And this ring in the form of the earth even glowed, just like a real planet.

But in general, her image was slightly elusive and defying the usual description.

She said, "You probably know about the SCIBMAG laboratory." Briefly, from you, we simply need all the knowledge that is in your head."

"I'd love to help you."

"My friend is very happy. Finally, his knowledge will not be in vain," Yundoran said and winked at me.

I noticed that today, he was wearing a black jacket, which was decorated with golden patterns. As well as the same color pants that emphasized the slenderness of his legs.

"Well, in that case, we are waiting for you tomorrow, " Eva said and stood up.

"What time do I come?"

"Any time, " she answered coldly, and glanced at Yundoran.

It was only now that I noticed that she was wearing a brown leather cloak and under it, a white trouser suit.

"Yundoran, thank you for today. And for the opportunity to talk to your friend."

"I'm just happy. I hope you'll be my guest again."

She smiled slightly and nodded her head. Her manners were just like the soldiers who were living centuries ago.

When she left the house, Yundoran hugged me and headed towards the sofa.

"How do you know her?"

"What's going on? Are you jealous?"

"No. It's just interesting. She's so serious and accurate. Just like a robot."

"She's very smart."

"So where did you find her? Is she your friend?”

"My love, if you are interested in what I think, then you can be calm. I only love you. I don't need anyone else."

With force pushing him away from myself, I sat down on the chair and felt a slight hunger.

"Have you cooked anything?”

"Of course! I've made everything you love!"

"Yundoran?"

"Yes!”

"I don't want you to come with me to see Sennhandd."

"And why?" he asked and made a very resentful appearance. For a second, I thought he was ready to cry.

"You're just acting weird. And sometimes I'm not comfortable with you hugging me and calling me your love. Maybe you'll stop doing it."

"I thought you were missing the love that was in the past centuries. But how can I hide my feelings? It's impossible! You don't want me to go with you. Okay. So be it. I'm not going with you," he said and headed to the kitchen.
