SURPRISE. PART TWO.
I didn't answer her question, so one of the guys grabbed my collar and said, "You were asked a question."
I was silent. Because, I just wanted to be silent and I knew that any words would be just a weak request to let me go.
"What? You can't talk? Or are you a broken robot ?!" another guy asked.
I noticed that three of them had white hair. Long braids dangled behind their backs, reminding me of dragons.
"What do you need?" I asked the most obvious question.
"Who are you? And what are you doing here?" the girl asked.
"I'm just walking."
"Do you know what this place is?"
"Then why are you here?"
"Am I not allowed to be here?"
For some reason, my words awakened their anger. After all, one of the guys grabbed my collar, pushed me to the edge of the bridge and said, "Nobody should walk here."
"Don't be rude. Maybe he's just lost," the girl said. "Look, he's handsome. Maybe we can take him with us?"
"What?! Are you crazy?"
"What's the problem? We need one more person."
"I don't like him. And he will not become one of us. Never!"
"But it was not for nothing that we met him," the girl continued the conversation, which was incomprehensible to me, but nevertheless, now, I was curious.
"You can't entrust everything to him, can you? What if he's not the one we need?!"
“Again you are looking at beauty,” said the guy who was still too close. "He looks weak. I don't think he will suit us."
The girl approached me and suddenly, unexpectedly for me and for everyone, she kissed me.
“He is the one who we are looking for,” she said and touched my cheek.
I could no longer be silent.
"I don’t think I’ll just do whatever you ask me to do."
My words only made them laugh.
“I don’t believe you,” said the guy who still was too close.
"Kiss him and you will understand everything."
Here, I had to hit him at the moment when he wanted to do the same thing like that girl.
“You see, he hits hard. Does it hurt you?”
The blow, of course, was followed by another blow. Only I could not stand on my feet and just fell.
"Don't hit him!"
Leaning over me, the girl calmly asked, "What is your name?"
I was not in a position not to answer them. And I told them my name.
"Well Okinizeus, I think you'll come with us," she said and held out her hand to me.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"You love fighting, don't you? And you love fun!" said the guy who continued to stand aside.
I realized that it was time for me to run.
But I couldn't get away from them.
The next thing I felt was dizziness and I just passed out.
In a world where people live, everyone feels lonely. But everyone tries to hide it. And in order to hide it, people make friends, they have fun, joy, and they smile. All emotions, feelings, they are created so that no one knows how lonely you are.
Perhaps loneliness, the only truth that exists in this world.
Now, I could feel the power of loneliness like never before.
When I opened my eyes, I saw only emptiness around me. My back hurt a lot, which meant that I was lying on the floor.
I didn't care and I was in no hurry to get up. I just closed my eyes and began to think that I have such a destiny. Yes, I started to give up.
But at such a terrible moment, my head ached so badly that I had to jump up and cry out.
But the pain was followed by a voice.
Yes, it was a voice in my head and that voice sounded clear and distinct. It was the voice of Moonlight.
"I'm here. Everything is fine."
Maybe I've already started to go crazy. Immortality in my cells can't protect against insanity, can it?
I could no longer accept this whole reality. I no longer found the strength to fight all this.
"I'm here. I'm fine. Wait for me."
His voice sounded in my head again. This time, the voice was slightly angry.
But I never heard him again.
Can I really read minds? But how is this possible?
Suddenly, happiness filled my soul and I completely forgot that a few minutes ago I was ready to give up. How quickly a person can become happy.
His voice saved me and gave me strength. Yet hope means a lot to a person.
Now, I could see clearly.
I was in an empty room with only one chair in the corner.
It was scary here and I could smell blood.
The next second, the guy who made me pass out came into the room.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have hurt you," he said.
Taking off his glasses, he stopped in front of me and looked into my eyes.
