Rich Bitch

After they finished eating, they had small talk. Asia was the first to speak. "So Aiden, tell us about yourself" He looked up. "What do you want to know?" he asked.

"Anything is fine" she said. He gulped and began to speak.

"Well my name is Aiden, as you know. I'm 18 years of age. I recently moved here from Oregon. I have a brother who is twenty-one and a sister who is sixteen. My mom is a neurosurgeon and my dad has his own business. Have you guys heard of J.W. Global Technologies?" he asked.

Their eyes widened. "Isn't that the big electronic company who produces the latest gadgets?" Xayden asked.

"That's the one" he said. "Wait don't tell me" Asia started and he nodded. "Yeah... he's my dad" he said. "Holy shit" they exclaimed. "You must be super rich" she said. "I guess you could say that" he said, shrugging it off.

"Maybe that's why Jamar and his goons jumped you" Xayden said which made Asia growled.

"The thing is that I have not seen my parents since we moved. My mom calls when she has the time but I haven't heard from my Dad since..." he said sadly. Xayden and Asia turned to each other and nodded. "Well, you can hang out here anytime you like, if that's okay with Aunty A of course" Xayden said, turning to his aunt who just came back into the room.

"Of course he can... you're welcome here anytime" she said, smiling at him. "As a matter of fact why don't you stay over tonight" she insisted. "I think that's a great idea" Asia said. "I don't want to intrude" he said.

"No you're not... Now Xayden and Asia will go with you to get your things and you can get settled in Xayden's room since you will be rooming with him" he then turned to Xayden.

"Is that okay with you?" he asked Xayden. "Yeah sure bro. It's all good" he replied and moved to pick up his keys. "Let's go" he said and they were out the door and to the car. When they got in, He turned to Xayden. "Where to?" he asked.

"Um... York Mills" he said. Asia spun around while Xayden eyes widened. "What?" Aiden asked.

"Seriously dude... how rich are you?" Xayden asked. He just shrugged. "It's no big deal" he said. "No big deal? Do you have any idea how rich you are? Only the wealthiest of people live there" Asia exclaimed. "Oh" he said while Xayden pulled out of the driveway.

About half an hour later, they arrived at the neighbourhood. "Which way?" he asked. "Make a left here and a right at the next intersection" he said to which Xayden obliged. They soon came upon the most exquisite house Xayden had ever seen.

"Woah" Asia exclaimed. Aiden then pushed his head out the window and spoke to the gatekeeper who nodded and let them in.

Xayden drove in and pulled up in front of the house. They all got out and made their way to the door. Aiden walked up and pulled the cord that was hanging from the side of the door which activated the alarm.

No more than a minute later, a well-dressed man, no more than twenty-five opened the door.

"Ah Master Aiden, good to see you sir" he said. "Matt, how many times have I told you to drop the formalities. We are not that greater in age" he said, laughing.

"But sir..." he began but Aiden put his hands up. "No buts. Now I would like you to meet my friends" he said turning around. "This is Xayden and the girl looking like a hopeless romantic is Asia" he finished.

"Nice to meet both of you" he said, chuckling and stretching out his hand for them to shake. "Oh no. The pleasure was all ours" she said, wiggling her eyebrows. "Come on in" he said and they all entered the house.

"Wow" Asia said as they entered the house. The floor was polished marble, in the corner was a grand piano, and in the middle was a grand couch set and hanging from the ceiling was a crystal chandelier.

"Yeah... is a bit much" Aiden said, being modest. "Follow me" he said and they followed him up the grand staircase. They soon stopped in front of a great door. "This is my room" he said as he opened the door. "Woah" Xayden said as he stepped into the room.

In the middle of the room stood a king-size bed, on the wall sat an 80-inch television with a video game console attached to it and on the opposite side of the room was a large walk in closet, which Asia was already looking through. The boys shook their heads and went in behind her.

"Okay since you're staying over, I think it is wise that you walk with clothes for school tomorrow" she said, still tumbling through the closet. She then walked out of the closet with a pile of clothes in hand. "Aiden place these into a bag along with a towel and other things that you will need for tonight" she said and he did just that. After packing, they went downstairs where they met the butler.

"Uh Aiden..." he looked nervous. "Yes what is it?" he asked. "Your father called" he informed him to which Aiden froze. "Wh...What did he say?" he asked. "He said to tell you that he was sorry and promised he'd be home soon" he finished. "Okay" he said, fixing his strap.

"I'll be staying over at a friend's house tonight so you and the maids have the night off" he said and the butler sadly nodded.

"Let's go" he said and they made their way out of the house and to the car. "Hey you okay?" Asia asked. "I'll be fine" he said and sat down in the car. The ride back was long and silent but Xayden and Asia can tell that he needed it.
