Summary

I walked through the cool forest, the breeze cold on my face. It was early morning and I was awake, walking over the smooth riverbed and animal paths I knew so well. Above my head, the birds were starting to wake. Their beautiful song filled my ears. Something behind me snapped, causing the birds to take to the skies, belching out a warning to other critters. Something sharp pressed against my throat, and a gloved hand covered my mouth. I bit one of the fingers, my canine fangs drawing blood. The stranger cursed and backed away. I cautiously moved closer to him, noticing a black hood covered his face. Moving with impossible speed, I moved forward and flipped off the hood. I gasped at the sight before me. This was not human. This was a monster only heard of in the stories my mum told me to scare me.

Memooo: As the title says. A superb author who creates characters that are so very real. I can't wait to read more of their story but I'll also be desperately sad when it's over.

Katie: The female lead takes a very long time to grow up. There is sooo much drama. Would appreciate a bit more character development for characters added later. And more sexy scenes! There was better detail earlier on, then it became just a passing mention of passion that happened.

Maritza Alberto: I loved this story, keep writing, thank you for your work

mariegiggles79: I like it all and would recommend it to all my friends
