Stuart remembered the bracelet that he’d put away a few years before. Could it mean something? he asked himself. He vaguely remembered that the bracelet had an engraving: Some guy’s name.
He continuously wrestled with the fact that he couldn’t remember his previous life, and he had become increasingly frustrated.
He went to retrieve the bracelet from the drawer where he kept it. Stuart looked at the inscription: “Mike”.
This troubled him. He dredged his memory, but couldn’t find any meaning to the name.
Putting the bracelet back in the drawer, he closed it. Then he changed his mind. I’ll wear it, because it will jog my memory. He fitted it on his wrist.
He was surprised that it fit him so well.
