Summary

On her eighteenth birthday, Princess Vivian faces an unexpected decree from her mother, the Queen. To prove her worthiness for the throne, Vivian must embark on a journey to find the ancient Necklace of Youth. The stakes are high, and the Queen's disdain for her only daughter makes the task all the more daunting. As Vivian ventures into the unknown, an unlikely ally-a mysterious prisoner from the kingdom, accompanies her whose motives are as enigmatic as his past. Together, they travel through enchanted forests, scale treacherous mountains, and face ancient curses, discovering that the path to the throne is fraught with more danger and secrets than Vivian ever imagined. prologue

Just smile and wave. Just smile and wave. Just smile and wave.

What does being a princess mean? Is it to live in a fairy tale, surrounded by enchantment? Or is it to live under emotional abuse, yet have to put on a tight little dress, a fake smile and wave?

She never really found the answer to that. People claim that they are jealous of her, but who are they really jealous of? Her life, her wealth, or her status?

What does money even mean? Is money really happiness?
