Chapter 1
Riya woke up to the sound of her phone alarm. She adjusted to deactivate it. Her eyebrows frowned when she felt trapped, and her eyes melted with affection when she found out her boyfriend, Aarav, had cuddled into her. She gave an affectionate kiss on his forehead, slid under his heavy arms, and deactivated the annoying alarm. Her phone showed one notification from WhatsApp. It was from an unknown mobile number and sent an image.
Her hands shivered, and her throat felt like sandpaper. She opened the image sent.
She felt air kicked out of her lungs.
“This... this must be a prank or something... 5 years have passed since that incident...”
