This is Not a Lack of Love..

Lately, my heart feels exhausted.

This relationship has been a part of my life for almost eight years, and yet right now it feels like it’s slowly slipping away. Not because I stopped loving him—but because I’m struggling to hold myself together.

My health hasn’t been stable. PCOS has taken control of my emotions in ways I don’t always understand. My moods change so fast that I barely have time to breathe. I’m trying to balance my relationship, my work, and my family, and somehow I feel like I’m failing everywhere.

He thinks I don’t love him anymore. Or that I’m not giving enough.

But my love hasn’t changed.

I’m not fighting on purpose.

I’m not trying to hurt him.

What I need right now is patience. Kindness. Understanding.

Time to heal.

What hurts the most is that I always listen when he shares his feelings. But when it’s my turn, I stay silent. I’m scared that if I speak, I’ll be misunderstood again.

So I carry it alone.

I love him deeply. I always have.

But right now, I’m fighting my own body and my own mind.

And I wish he could see that this struggle…

is not a lack of love.
