Intro
I was headmaster of St Claire's for the past 15 years. I created this school to help young adult from ages 18 to 21 Years old who didn't have a good education. I had a group of like-minded teachers, friends and family who were on the same page as me. I had been teaching in the field for 5 years before starting the school up. I noticed most school kids left with nothing really, as the systems so wrong and broken. I had decided to start my own school. I had been doing private tutoring for 18 years upwards before I started learning to be a teacher. I had started my tutoring with an open mind, and I tried a few things out with the pupils I taught. Main forcus was on maths and IT. I found that if you used both discipline and punishment together, the pupils would learn and improve. Most of the pupils I taught in earlier years found they could go to Uni and get a good degree out of it.
I had a good group of friends and family around me that had all the same sort of idea. I suggest to them to create a school for 18 to 21-year-olds. We all agreed to it. Most of them were open to being back to good old-fashioned discipline and punishment, even when the country we were in didn't agree with it. It was decided to lay down school in the countryside. The place was found really quickly, as my girlfriend had time, her parents had a farm they were going to sell. After they heard what we were planning to do, they agreed to give to us as they believe discipline combined with punishment is good. I know they still spank Harriet, my wife and her brother and sister when they are bad. I do the same as well.
The building of the school took about a year to finish the building of it. We still kept the farm as a working farm. Everyone in the school would help run the farm. The cattle shed was convert in to main school building that housed 5 classrooms over two levels. Then we built two more buildings, one to be a sports hall and one to be bunk rooms for pupils to stay during term time. The farmhouse was expanded to include living quarters for the staff. There was a run-down barn that was used for storage, and this was converted into the dining room.
We already had a long list of poeple that want to attend the school. They were a mixture of sexes and ages. We only had space for 75 pupils, but we were planning to expand, and we need to work out how to make more money from it. There were a few ideas of what we could do. There was an old barn at the end of the land that we could use as a server farm, as it was right next to the lake. Lake itself was idea spot for swimming. The next stage of school was to convert the barn into a server farm and use the lake as water to cool down servers and use the hot water for the inside pool. This would provide extra income. The farm still has a good amount of livestock. Two teachers who joined us were from a farming family but decided to teach instead. But they both missed doing it. They were Jessica and Richard.
Jessica and Richard took over running the farm. They also found a new area we could make money from, as well as provide alternative power sources with solar panels and a wind turbine. They managed to grow enough food to reduce school food income by 70% food for school dinners. The 30% was for meat, as the livestock we were mainly raised to be sold on the cattle market. The chicken was used for eggs. Every pupil was taught how to work on a farm as well as other studies. On 1 September 2010, the school opened, and on that day, 76 pupils arrived at the school. They were broken up into three age groups: 18, 19 and 21. There was even a split for all ages. They were shown in the main hall for me to give the speech about school and rules.
"Good morning, everyone, welcome to St Claires. All of you know why you are here; most of you are here for a second chance at education. I am sorry the education system let you down. It's good that you are here. All of my staff here will help get the best out of you. As you know, that were you are working on a farm, and all of you will be learning to work on a farm. There are a few rules that you must follow while you are here. You might find it strange that in the Welcome Park, it stated that all you needed to bring with you was just yourselves. I will explain everything you will require here will be provided to you. If you did bring any form of electrical equipment with you, like laptops, tablets, or mobile can you please hand them in? You will get them back, but as in this school, they will be monitored. The only rule with electrial device are you can't use when in lessons. There are no filters set, but there will report done on what sites you visit. You must obey all rules that are given to you and follow your teachers and staff here."
"The first rule is to do with school hours during the week. 6 am is when all of you are woke up and split up into groups to complete the morning farm work. At 7 am, all of you will go back to the bunk rooms to shower and get ready for the day. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 8:20. 8:30 is when your first class starts, and that runs to 9:30. The second class is from 9:30 to 10:30. From 10:30 to 12 pm, it will be farm work or other duties around school. Lunch is from noon till 1 pm. The third class is from 1 pm to 2 pm, and the last class of the day is from 2 pm to 3 pm. From 3 pm till 5 pm, it will mixture of Farm work and other duties. Dinner is served from 5:15 pm to 6:15. From 6:30 pm to 8 pm is study time. 8 pm to 9:30 pm is farm work. 9:30 to 10:30 is free time. 10:45 is lights out. On the weekend is the same time to wake up, but there's more free time. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are at the same time. The farm jobs will be at the same time. The second rule is the uniform. Let me show you all what is provided for you to wear during the week and that at weekend."
"As you have seen, the uniform is different from what you used to. I have found removing the remove option to use the loo help mind. Also, I will point out that the male students will be wearing a cock cage at all times. They will not be allowed wank. I found it helps focus the mind on work if everyone is dressed the same. The is two outfits for the PE, one is for inside, and one is for outside. The outside is black shorts and a vest for males. Females wear black shorts and a sports bra.
"Inside kit is a black bodysuit for both male and female. Everyone here will be doing fitness three times a week, and working on the farm will help with all of your fitness levels.
Plus, a fit body and good health one helps with your well-being. Plus, once a week, everyone in school, including the staff, gets a weekly enema treatment. This uniform you will be wearing when you are here. There are clothes you wear outside of school to visit places, and these clothes you will get before you go out. The nappies are to be worn 24/7 for the whole time you are here at school. The next rule is for men here, and that is no virganal sex. There will be sex ED classes, and this might include virganal. The are option for both males and females to take part in helping couples who find it difficult to have children. This will be talked about later on. Your year teachers will give you more rules when you put those groups. If all of you could remove all of your clothes."
