Chapter 1: The Village That Built Me
I was not born in a place people dream of visiting. My village in Kerala was not something you would see on postcards or travel ads. It was simple, a little rough around the edges, and completely alive. Mornings began with temple bells echoing through the air, afternoons were filled with boys shouting over cricket matches, and evenings slowly softened into laughter under rows of coconut trees. It wasn’t perfect, but it was real.
That village didn’t just raise me. It shaped everything I would later become.
Back then, life felt endless. Days stretched long, friendships felt permanent, and the future was something we never seriously thought about. School wasn’t just a place to study—it was where life actually happened.
