Chapter 1 - ARE YOU-??
This story began with sensational news spreading everywhere, where a trainee from a famous musical company named "ORBIT" has committed suicide. As soon as it drove people's attention, It spread rapidly and many rallied support on social media to demand justice.
To restore the people to their former state, uphold justice, and resolve this case, it was entrusted to someone who worked with great sharpness and competence in that field, KIM YEJUN, Crime investigator. He would resolve even a case that no one else could solve, right at the last minute.
Got his looks that equals to his skills, black and cold eyes, dark navy blue hair strands( which isn't obvious), a mole in his left cheek, that makes people look at him twice. In simple words, " A Man out of comics"
After nearly three months, this case has finally come to public attention; will he resolve it, or will he face the people's wrath?. The call regarding this came while he was resolving another case, regarding a missing chairman .
< Yejun entering into his cabinet, while jaemin, who assist him in this case waits>
Jaemin, a cheerful and supportive guy. Yejun's one and only close friend. It literally took them 2 years to get this close. Obviously it's yejun, who took a while to socialize....he may seem reliable and successful in a professional way, but in social life he's a bit slow.
Jaemin: Whoa.... You're here.... Feeling stressed, aren't you? The cases just keep piling up—one after another. I can't even take a break. Let's pretend we're busy with some other case, bro??(chuckles)
Yejun: ( picking up the case file) *with a straight face* Started your nagging already? We don't have to pretend, I'm already in the middle of a case. But they just asked me to leave it as it was.*jaemin squinted his eyes and looked at him*
Jaemin: What?? ohh, that missing chairman case?? Uhh... Where on earth could he be, that too for years?
Yejun: First we have to finish this. then let's get back to that.
<Both in front of the company, entering into the building ; staff members were rushing here and there to arrange a room for investigation.>
On the way to the assigned room....When he came across a big hall, a girl with a ponytail and a group of background dancers are seem to be just finished the practice, cheered and the girl playfully acted like she fainted. Caught yejun's attention; about to enter into the hall, but staff stopped him and led him to the assigned room.
Song echoes, dancers counting numbers , trainees murmuring and talks can be heard through the hallway. They fell silent the moment he entered.
<First he introduced himself to the trainees and asked them to cooperate with him.>
Yejun: Hello, everyone. I'm Kim yejun, crime investigator who's currently handling Lim so-ha's suicide case. I'll appreciate your full cooperation during the process, so that we can serve justice for her death.*everyone just nodded*
The trainees just seemed to be not caring at all.... they just answering whatever, crushing on him and jaemin. Until one girl claimed to be so-ha's friend and told something about her. Sir, I'm Mun go-young....(a deep breathe) I want to tell something.

So-ha waits for her blind date...find him through dating app... she was stunned when she saw upon his arrival. He had all of it, every girl would fall for, his dreamy eyes, shiny hair, pink lips....maybe she fell the moment she saw him. She didn't even thought once or twice... things just began like that. she lost herself in him in endless nights. mistakes are meant to be make consequences.... their mistake cost her life>
Yejun: You only know till that?
go-young: (With a calm voice)Yes.
Yejun: How do you know his facial features that clear?
go-young: Ahh...well, So-ha showed his photos many times.
Yejun: Any other details.... about so-ha or that boy.... And i want to check her phone... where is it?
go-young: It's in our dorm, sir. But i don't know the password.
Yejun: Hand it over, i can take care of that!
< yejun gave his mobile number and his email id and left the company, so that if any of the trainee could give any information....by not exposing them in front of the staff>
Next day...In the company...
Everyone was in a rush... they seemed to be getting ready for filming something that day. Staffs were holding cameras walking here and there.
Again yejun and jaemin, getting out of their car. Entering into the building while his eyes filled with anger and rage.... looking for someone with gritting his teeth.
Asked a staff member, if he could meet " CHAE - YOUNG". First she doubted, then he showed his ID proof, "I'm the one who's handling the suicide case recently, I need to meet her in person, can you arrange? It won't take too long."
she asked them to wait in a room, while she seeks permission from the CEO. Permission granted. Both waited in a room, it seemed to be an old room where idols used to dance practices there. Jaemin sat down on a chair, while yejun wandered around the room, staring at things blankly, stopped by window, looked outside.
A few minutes later.....Door slowly opened.... jaemin noticed. She peeked in, then stepped inside softly. Wiping her sweat with her sleeves, with boba eyes, fluffy soft cheek, a mole below her left eye, ocean blue hair that made up to ponytail, some baby hairs were sticking on her face due to sweat.
The moment he saw her, he was rooted to the spot; he didn’t even realize when he had forgotten to breathe—only his eyes fluttered rapidly over her.
Then she walked to them and said * in a soft voice* Hi.
Yejun looked back at her.... slowly walked to her. ( a big sigh) Took his phone out of his pocket, while asking her "Are you Chae-young?"
She nodded.
Without thinking for a split second "HE SLAPPED HER!"
