racing star

My mind is like a sky at night, Filled with racing stars so bright .Ideas spark and quickly fly ,Like shooting comets crossing by.

Some days I wander, lose my place ,Trying hard to keep the pace .Yet hidden in the busy stream, Lives creativity and dream.

I notice things others may miss ,Moments small, a fleeting bliss. A world of wonder, colour, sound, Where endless possibilities are found.

The road may twist, the path may bend ,But challenges are not the end. With support, patience, and belief, Strength can grow beyond the grief.

ADHD is part of me, Not all I am, but one key. A different rhythm, a different way, Bringing new light to every day.

So judge me not by how I sit, Or moments when I lose my wit. See the spark behind the race, And the unique gifts I embrace.

Sometimes my thoughts move fast and free, Like waves that rush across the sea. One idea leads to something new, Then suddenly there are twenty-two.

I dream of places far away, And wonder what tomorrow may say. My imagination loves to roam, Finding adventure close to home.

A simple question in my mind Can lead to treasures I may find.A single thought can start a chaAlong the way I’ve come to learn,That every challenge can returnA lesson hidden deep inside,A source of strength, a sense of pride.

The things that once seemed hard to bear,Have helped me grow through patience and care. They’ve taught me how to stand up tall,And keep on going through it all.

There are people I have met,Whose kindness I will not forget. They took the time to understand,And offered me a helping hand.

Their support helped me believeIn all the goals I could achieve. They showed me I should never hideThe person I am deep inside.

For being different is a gift,A way to help the world uplift.New ideas and ways to seeCan shape a brighter destiny.

So when the future comes my way,I’ll face it boldly every day. With confidence and hope to guide,And determination by my side.

No matter where life’s journey leads,I’ll follow all my hopes and dreams. For I have learned the greatest keyIs simply being true to me.

And as I reach for skies above,I’ll carry kindness, hope, and love.A shining light for all to see,Proud of the person I am meant to be.in,Of learning over and over again.

Though focus sometimes slips away,I still grow stronger every day.For every challenge that I faceHelps me learn at my own pace.

There are moments I may fall behind,Or struggle to keep things aligned.Yet every effort that I makeShows the determination I create.

For courage is not being freeFrom every difficulty. It is choosing to try once more,Even when you’ve tried before.

The world may sometimes fail to seeThe strengths that live inside of me.They notice when I drift or stray,But miss the gifts along the way.

They may not see the thoughts I share,The creativity living there. The stories built within my mind,Or the solutions I can find.

I learn through movement, learn through play,Discovering things a different way.And though my journey may not match,The paths that others choose to catch,

It still is worthy, still is true,A path that helps me make it through. For success is not one single road,Nor one way to carry life’s load.

Every person has their own design,A unique way to think and shine. And every mind deserves the chanceTo join life’s ever-changing dance.

Some people run and some walk slow,Some take time to learn and grow. Some climb mountains step by step,Yet each deserves respect.

The brightest gardens that we seeBloom through their diversity.Different flowers, shapes, and hues,Each with beauty they can use.

If every flower looked the same,The garden would not earn its name. Its wonder comes from every part,Just like each unique human heart.

ADHD has taught me this:Strength can live in difference. What others see as restless feetCan help me rise and not accept defeat.

What others call a wandering mindCan help me think in ways refined.Connecting ideas near and far,Like constellations made of stars.

Sometimes I laugh, sometimes I fail,Sometimes I struggle on the trail.Yet every stumble helps me grow,Teaching things I need to know.

I have learned that asking for helpIs not a weakness in itself. It takes courage to speak aloudWhen worries gather like a cloud.

A helping hand, a listening ear,Can ease frustration, doubt, and fear. And those who offer patience tooCan make a world of change come true.

Support can help a person rise,Like sunlight breaking through the skies.A little kindness can go far,Guiding someone like a star.

So if you meet someone like me,Take a moment and you’ll see.Beyond the labels, beyond the name,Lives a person just the same.

Someone with hopes and dreams to chase,Someone searching for their place.Someone who laughs and loves and cares,Someone with stories they can share.

Do not measure me by speed,Or every moment I succeed.Measure me by how I try,By how I get back up and fly.

For every challenge I endureMakes my determination sure. And every lesson that I learnHelps another page to turn.

The future stretches wide and bright,Filled with possibility and light. There are mountains yet to climb,And goals to reach in my own time.

I know there may be difficult days,Unexpected turns and winding ways. But I will keep moving ahead,Following the dreams inside my head.

Because ADHD is part of me,But it does not define what I can be.It is one chapter, not the whole,Not the measure of my soul.

I am the kindness that I show,The friendships that continue to grow. The laughter shared, the love I give,The many ways I choose to live.

I am the dreams I hope come true,The goals I work so hard to pursue. The strength I find when times are tough,And proof that I am more than enough.

So judge me not by how I sit,Or moments when I lose my wit.See the spark behind the race,And the unique gifts I embrace.

For every mind has gifts to share,And every voice deserves our care.Different rhythms, different ways,Can brighten all our future days.

My mind is like a sky at night,Filled with racing stars so bright. And though they may not all align,Together they create a light that shines.

A light of hope, a light of grace,A light no challenge can erase. And as I grow, I’ll always see,The value of being uniquely me. Sometimes my thoughts are like the wind,Rushing fast, then calm again. They carry dreams from place to place,Always moving at their pace.

I may forget a thing or two,Or lose my track while passing through.Yet even then, I find a wayTo learn and grow another day.

There are moments filled with doubt,When I wonder what life’s about. When challenges seem hard to face,And everything feels out of place.

But deep inside, a voice remains,Helping me through losses and gains. It tells me I am strong enough,Even when the road is rough.

I have learned that every mindHas its own way to shine. Some are steady, calm, and slow,Some are eager, quick to go.

Neither way is right or wrong,Each creates its special song.Together they can help composeA world where understanding grows.

My energy can be a spark,A light that shines within the dark.A force that helps me dream and do,And see exciting journeys through.

When inspiration fills my head,New ideas quickly spread.Stories, pictures, plans, and art,Flowing freely from my heart.

The things that make me different, too,Help me see a wider view. They teach me how to persevere,And face uncertainty with cheer.

Every challenge that I meetMakes each success feel more complete.Every obstacle I climbBuilds resilience over time.

I know the future holds surprises,New adventures and new prizes. Some may be difficult to see,Yet they still hold possibility.

So I will keep believing still,In my potential and my will.I will keep reaching for my dreams,No matter how impossible they seem.

For ADHD is just one partOf the story in my heart. It does not tell the whole of me,Or all that I can someday be.

I am courage, I am care,I am kindness I can share.I am hope when days are long,And determination standing strong.

So let the world remember this:Difference is not something to dismiss. For every person has a light,Capable of shining bright.

And when we choose to understand,Instead of judging where we stand,We help each other rise and seeThe beauty in diversity. Along the way I’ve come to learn,That every challenge can returnA lesson hidden deep inside,A source of strength, a sense of pride.

The things that once seemed hard to bear,Have helped me grow through patience and care. They’ve taught me how to stand up tall,And keep on going through it all.
