This story is incredibly special to me because it's the very first one I've ever gathered the courage to publish. To be honest, I'm nervous. Excited too. But mostly grateful that you're here, reading these words.

I know this story may not be everyone's cup of tea, and that's completely okay. All I ask is that this little corner remains a kind one. If the story isn't for you, I hope you simply let it fly by.

For the longest time, I wasn't confident enough to share my writing with people who know me personally. The thought of being judged scared me more than I would like to admit. So instead, I chose to share it with you guys—people who might resonate with the emotions, dreams, and chaos living inside these pages.

I'm not a professional writer.

I'm simply someone who loves stories.

Someone who believes that sometimes we all need an escape from reality.
