Prologue
Four years ago
"Oh gosh, I missed the bus." I looked around. It was late already, mom must be worried.
I decided to trek back home.
Gosh.
I followed a short cut so I could get home early.
I could've have booked a cab but my was dead.

"Who do we have here." A voice from behind spoke.
I looked to see who it was.
"Little girl, what are you doing here all alone." He asked coming close to me.
I turned to run but was stopped by two men.
I looked around, I didn't realize the short cut was dark and lonely.
Am Dead. How do I escape this!
They were coming close to me.
"Let's have fun, little girl." One of them said.
I used my back pack to cover my boobs. I noticed one of them staring at it.
"Don't be scared of us, let's be friends."
They started touching me.
"Don't touch me!" I said while trying to push their hands away.
"Harassing a high school girl, you guys aren't ashamed."
A voice spoke.
They stopped when those words echoed through the lonely street.
I noticed three human figures walking towards us.
"We've told you to stop meddling in our business." One of the Thugs shouted.
Obviously they were thugs
The three human figures finally stopped in front of me.
"Let go of the little girl."
One of them spoke up.
"Cheng yu, stop meddling in our business."
One of the Thugs said.
I sighed in relief, they're saving me.
"It's our business, when we show this video to the police." He brought out he's phone and played a video.
Obviously it was the video of them trying to harass me.
Stupid thugs
The expression of the Thugs changed when the video was playing.
"Leave." He ordered.
"Cheng yu, we'll deal with you later."
They said while backing away.
My Savior.
They really saved me, I owe them.
"Little sis, don't worry you're safe now."
I stared at them.
"Thank you." I said.
"By the way, I'm Yang wei. This Lin Jinhao." He pointed. "And Han Cheng yu."
'Cheng yu'
I stared at him.
He haven't say anything since those thugs left.
I noticed bruises on his face, I looked at Jin hao and Wei's faces. They didn't have any bruises.
Obviously they were waiting for me to say something.
"Tang xaioran." I said.
"Wow!" Jinhao exclaimed.
"Xaioran, what a beautiful name for a beautiful girl like you." Wei said.
I almost blushed.
Cheng yu stared at them, which startled them.
"Why are you going home this late?"
Cheng yu asked.
Finally he said something.
"I missed the bus." I answered.
"Why didn't you call for a cab?" He asked again.
Another question, what's he
A detective.
"My phone's dead." I answered.
"Jinhao, hire a cab for her." Cheng yu ordered.
"Okay." Jinhao brought out he's phone.
"Why don't we leave here first, Cheng yu?" Wei asked.
"Let's go." Cheng yu started walking, while we followed him.
Is he mad at me?
"Little girl." Cheng yu called.
Why's he calling me that, I already told them my name.
I Ignored him.
He stopped and turned back.
"I'm talking to you!" He said.
The way he said it, made Jinhao and Wei to stop what they were saying.
"My name isn't little girl." I answered.
"Come to the front." He ordered.
I looked at Wei and Jinhao, they signalled me to obey Cheng yu.
Who does he think he is, can't he be more like his friends.
He's in luck, he has them.
We were finally out of the dark short cut. While waiting for the cab Jinhao hired. My stomach kept making sounds.

I held my stomach. I'm so hungry.
Stomach pls, can you hold a little longer. I begged.

"What's making that noise?" Wei asked.
Oh no
Hopefully they didn't notice it was my stomach.
I looked at Cheng yu, who was already staring at my stomach.
He noticed.
"Why's the cab, taking so long?" Cheng yu asked.
"I don't know." Jinhao answered.
Huuhuuu
I'm gonna die of hunger. My stomach can't hold on.
"Here." Cheng yu handed me a snack bar.
"Thanks." I hurriedly opened it and started eating it.
Cheng yu stared at me.
But I didn't care, my stomach was more important.
After while, the cab finally arrived.
"Here it is." Jinhao said as he sighted the cab.
"3917?" Cheng yu asked.
That's the cab license plate.
"Yeah." Jinhao nodded.
The cab stopped right in front of us.
Wei opened the door for me
What a gentleman.
I got in and put on my seat belt.
Cheng yu went to the front of the car and bent down with his phone on his hand.
"Taking a pic of the license plate of the car is a good idea, Cheng yu." Wei said.
"Little sis, you've won Cheng yu's heart." Jinhao whispered to me through the car window.
What does he mean by that?
Cheng yu walked to the window of the driver.
What's he telling the driver.
He came to the window of where I was.
"And you, don't you ever go home late again. Make sure your phone is always full in case of emergency." He said.
So many instructions, he's acting like..
You know as if he's my boyfriend.
He was about to leave.
"Cheng yu!" I called.
He looked at me.
I told him to bend over, cause what I want to say. I didn't want Wei and Jinhao to hear it.
"Thanks for......" Whispering in his ear.
Before I could finish what I'm saying, Cheng yu turned his face making both our lips to touch.
We stared at each other.
"Little sis, you need to starting going." Wei said.
Making me and Cheng yu to look away.
Cheng yu walked over to where Wei and Jinhao were standing.
While me, I was trying not to blush because of the kiss.
The driver started the car
I waved at them.
While I was driving away I looked at Cheng yu for the last time.
I noticed he was smiling.
I touched my lips, that was my first kiss.
I hope he didn't think I did it purposely, it's he's fault.
Do I like him!
Well he's my type but would he date a high school student.
Interlude:
Cheng yu POV
I just won a match and went out to drink with Wei and Jinhao.
On our way, I noticed this same guys.
Always trying to molest young girls.
I brought out my phone and video them, cause I know the video would help alot.
"Cheng yu, what are you doing, aren't we going for a drink." Jinhao asked.
"What's going on." Wei asked.
Tss can't they see was going on over there.

"This guys again." Wei exclaimed.
"What should we do?" Jinhao asked.
Did he seriously asked that question.
"Guys, I'm going over to stop them." I put my phone in pants pocket.
"I'm coming with you." Wei said.
We both looked at Jinhao, expecting him to come with us.
"You guys should go, I'll stay over here." Jinhao said.

"Let's go." I said to Wei.
" Okay okay fine, I'll come." Jinhao said.
Nobody forced him.
"Let's go." Wei gestured.

Their expression changed when the video was playing.

I gave death stare, which startled them.
"Why are you going home this late?"
I asked.
Obviously as an adult I need to know why.
If we hadn't been here, she could have been raped.
"I missed the bus." She answered.

Wei saying this means, if someone passes here might think we're bad guys and might misunderstand the situation.
"Let's go." I started walking, while they followed me.
I noticed she was at the back, listening to Wei and Jinhao talking about their relationship. She's too young for that.

I stopped and turned back.
"I'm talking to you!" I said.
Jinhao and Wei too stop what they were saying, when I spoke.
"My name isn't little girl." She answered.

"Come to the front." I ordered.
She looked at Wei and Jinhao before going to the front.
We were waiting for the cab that will pick her up.

I noticed she was holding her stomach

"What's making that noise?" Wei asked.
I noticed.

I don't know if she wants to use the bathroom or....
"I don't know." Jinhao answered.
Could she be hungry?
I remembered I had a snack bar in my pocket.
"Here." I handed her the snack bar.
"Thanks." She hurriedly opened it and started eating it.
I stared at while she was devouring the snack bar.
She is hungry.
After while, the cab finally arrived.
"Here it is." Jinhao said as he sighted the cab.
"3917?" I asked.
"Yeah." Jinhao answered.
The cab stopped right in front of us.
I went to the front of the car and bent down to take a pic of the license plate.
"Taking a pic of the license plate of the car is a good idea, Cheng yu." Wei said.
Tsss
I walked to the window of the driver.
"Please drop her safely at home, I won't spare you if something happens to her." I said to the driver, who just nodded his head.
I went to the window of where she was.
"And you, don't you ever go home late again. Make sure your phone is always full in case of emergency." I said.
I didn't want something like this to happen again. What if we didn't pass there, what could have happened to her.
I was about to leave.
"Cheng yu!" She called.
I looked at her.
She wanted to me to bend over.
So I did

I already know she wanted to thank me, so I turned but both our lips touched.
We stared at each other.
"Little sis, you need to starting going." Wei said.
I looked away immediately.
I didn't mean to kiss her, I just wanted to reply her.
I walked over to where Wei and Jinhao were standing.
The driver started the car
She waved at us.
I smiled because I realized something.
She has won my heart.
