Summary

Beautiful Stars of Night follows the journey of Phufah Qiao and Tharawanin “Win” Wittsuttha, two teenagers whose lives become intertwined from Grade 10 through adulthood. Alongside them are their closest friends—Ployfai (Ploy), Aomsheal (Aom), Lookprae (Mook), Nanon, Aon, and Sea—who each experience their own stories of friendship, love, and growth. The story begins when Phufah transfers to Suriya High School at the start of Grade 10. Nervous about fitting in, she rushes through the school gate on her first day and accidentally crashes into a quiet boy carrying a stack of books. That boy is Win. Their first meeting is awkward, ending with both of them rushing to class. To Phufah’s surprise, she later discovers that Win is not only in her class but also seated right beside her. Although they have very different personalities—Phufah is cheerful, expressive, and sometimes impulsive, while Win is calm, reserved, and thoughtful—they gradually become friends. Their friendship deepens when they are paired together for a school project. Spending time together after school allows them to see sides of each other that nobody else notices. Win discovers that Phufah’s energy brightens even the dullest day, while Phufah learns that beneath Win’s quiet exterior is someone caring and dependable.
