Summary
En el presente libro es un poco de mi introspección en mi vida, un autodiagnóstico de como he vivido con ansiedad, distimia y posteriormente entender que esa hiperactividad diagnosticada de pequeña, hace unos años fui diagnosticada con TDAH con rasgos autistas, aún no tengo un diagnostico si soy o no autista. Pero todo eso me hizo entender que no veo el mundo como muchos, que me cuesta adaptarme a ciertos entornos y que sumándole mi depresión me cuesta estar optimista. Este será un compendio de mis conversaciones mentales conmigo misma y quiero externarlas por si alguien se siente igual, por si de alguna manera puedo ayudarte, mostrándote que no estas solo, que hay gente ahí afuera con una situación parecida, y entiendo que no todos vivimos las mismas vivencias pero todos intentamos seguir en un mundo raramente empático y adaptado para personas diferentes.
