Chapter 1
For nineteen years, I was only surviving life.
Every morning looked the same.
Every day felt the same.
I woke up, studied, listened, smiled when I had to, and carried on.
People saw a normal boy.
But nobody saw the battles inside my head.
Nobody saw the pressure.
Nobody saw the loneliness.
And nobody knew how badly I wanted someone who would understand me.
Then, on 26 July 2023, a message appeared on my screen.
It looked ordinary.
Just another notification.
Just another conversation.
Just another person.
At least, that's what I thought.
If someone had told me that day that this one message would change my life forever, I would have laughed.
How could a stranger become so important?
How could a simple conversation become the center of someone's world?
How could one person make life feel beautiful...
And later make silence feel unbearable?
Back then, I didn't know the answers.
I only knew that I replied.
And that reply would become the beginning of a story I would never forget.
A story about hope.
A story about love.
A story about waiting.
And eventually...
A story about learning how to survive a goodbye I never wanted.
That night, I went to sleep like every other night.
