Day 1

I am 10 days old. I have much time to work towards my goal. I will seek out glory and riches and my bloodline will be the most respected of all. Universes will surrender to me, civilizations will tremble at the sound of my name. I am Jeffery Beafos, The World Destroyer. And this is the start of my mission.
I have one goal in life. I was not born into wealth and luxury. But I will die in it. I am still a young caterpillar, but by the time I am a moth, I shall have everything I've ever desired.
My native tongue is a language incomprehensible to many species, incluincluding humans. Pray, this journal has been translated to at least one of the many languages the creatures of his world speak. A mechanical instrument used to scribe symbols onto leaves is incredibly hard to come by, and purchasing one on the market was much harder.
Today, I have eaten roughly 14% of one leaf. I need to lose weight if I am to fight many battles. But my first one is already awaiting me. It is what many whisper about. Some claim it is a cursed land. It is called, The Stone Sided Plain. Many of the most experienced explorers have attempt to explore that land, but so far, only one has returned—my cousins great, great, great, grandfather, who eventually killed himself because he claims he saw despicable things. He saw his fellow travellers get crushed by these colossal flesh beings. Many call them "The Hyuumyns." I will take down one of those creatures someday.
Hyuumyns are described as giants, way beyond our size. They also wield weapons. Some specifically designes to wipe out our population. They are also highly intelligent. Some are able to speak in multiple tongues. Along with this intelligence, they also possess the ability to hypnotize many species. Many have observed animals of many kinds being called by a hyuumyn and they'll come running over, preforming tasks, and completely submitting to the hyuumyn. I will gather strength and whatever else I can get my [hands] on to fight one of these creatures to the death. Whether I win or lose, I will die with honor. Although I've never seen one before, I hope to beat one in battle and if I can, set free all the animals they are keeping prisoner.
