Chapter 1

[Fate!]

Clouds shining in the blue sky like pearls in the Pacific Ocean. Trees grown very tall and green, a silent bus on a street. Whole bus is half-full, students of class 12th going in another school for seminar.

Stella, 17-year-old sitting on the bus near the window, she is class topper with a lot of drama in her life. Wind blowing swiftly on her front curls and wavy dark hair. Earphones plugged in, her hands on the window sill of that swiftly going bus, sitting alone with the seat next to her empty.

Soon driver pulled the bus at the bus-stop, a handful of people came in and sat at the back without making a sound. Stella thought students were still coming, so Stella thought to ask teacher for permission to go out for buying some snacks.

Suddenly the bus started, and a guy in a white shirt and loose top with brown pants jumped inside the bus and started moving ahead with a bag on his left shoulder.

And Stella was also going towards her teacher, out of nowhere a dog came in front of the bus, and driver stalled suddenly. The hunk grabbed the pole inside the bus and Stella grabbed another pole beside him, making two people lost in their own world have a pleasant eye-contact of 2 seconds, as they both stalled in front of each other.

Stella looked at him: brown-black hair, youthful face, tall and masculine in a half-done office suit and pale skin, while...

He noticed her in a school uniform. Somehow and weirdly to him, she looked pretty and these olivine curls was too much for a 20-year-old heart.

They looked away like nothing happened and moved ahead after apologizing to each other.

Stella went to seat after buying some snacks, again sat lonely on a two-seat people seat. The seat parallel to her, on the right side menu, where a man was sitting or you can say it was his booked seat.

He opened his laptop from his bag and started coding. The man sitting beside him curiously asked, "What are you doing, young man?"

Him: "Ah—actually, I am coding for an important project that I have to represent to Mr. Shell in the seminar in Public School!"

Man: "Ah! We are also going there and I am staff in Saint's School! Keep going boy!"

Man then after a long pause said, "What's your name boy?"

Him: "Amber!"

Man: "Hmm! Nice name, quite unique, I see!"

Amber smiled and they both went talking the whole journey.

Amber is a 3rd year B.Tech student pursuing coding.

At the seminar, everyone was sitting on their numbered places assigned to them. Stella's number was 6 and Amber's number was 5, as they sat and turned their heads, their eyes collided for the second time and... It was interrupted by host—

Host: "Now let us welcome Amber, is a mere college student here for the presentation over his self-made code! Applause!"

Amber stood up and gave the presentation thoroughly and effortlessly.

The man from before came to cross paths with Amber again and praised him for his confidence, also thought of him as an idol for his daughter, and decided to introduce him to her. He cried "Stella!" and Stella came finding the same guy once again made her a bit doubtful of him following her like a creep!

The Man: "Amber, this is Stella! My daughter! Stella, this Amber, a visionary!"

Amber never thought of meeting her strangely like this, he was mesmerised by the fact that how fate has played its card.

Amber: "Hi! Umm, myself Amber!"

Stella was normal and emotionless... "Hmm... Stella..."

Amber: "I know, it's a bit inappropriate to ask, but why are you so numb?..."

Stella: "Just a lot of drama for a 17-year-old!"

Amber: "It's fine, it is the age of our life, like a—"

Stella: "—like a K-drama?"

Amber: "Yeah!" They giggled.

Seminar ended and sky was busy with clouds as clouds changed its colour to orange from white, and it was soon to be night!

Everybody in the bus and bus started, but again Amber was late. Stella stood up from seat and went ahead in the bus corridor to go out as her father was also not inside, then again in front of her seat Amber and her eyes collided as the bus stall stumbled over a braker, under that starry sky and the roof of that yellow bus too wandered eyes found their anchor. From that tiny window, a beautiful firework was witnessed between the eye. Between the tension among their eyes, Stella's father came inside the bus calling Stella's name and the beautiful trance broke into awokeness and blushes.

And the best thing? The best thing was that no one crewd in that silent bus didn't got to witness this wonderful union of eyes, and the fireworks because they were busy in their phones , books and naps, nobody was lucky enough to be the witness except the bus pole and, windows and starry sky and firework as if time flew by very slowly in this fast-paced hurried world.

The season of fresh fall, where everything shifts for the new beginning!
