Chapter 1
If anyone had told me at the start of Year 11 that my biggest problem would be falling for my best friend, I would have laughed.
Then I would have reminded them about my maths grade, my family’s ancient washing machine, and the fact that I once walked into a lamppost while waving at someone who wasn’t actually waving at me.
Looking back, I probably should have taken the warning.
High school is one of the most craziest times. Especially when you’re almost finished and heading to college. Many would say high school is such a fast time going. Which it is but it’s also based on the year.
For example year 7 goes somewhat fast just because everything is new and no one knows where there going
in year 8 it’s one of the most boring years because your not the youngest you know your way around, and it’s a pretty chill year.
Year 9 is also really slow because you’re deciding what GCSEs to take and it’s your last year doing boring lessons you don’t want to do.
Year 10 goes fast because it’s your first year doing your options and the anticipation of year 11.
Year 11 is the fastest of them all. And only being there for 6 months is shit scary. Because you have to sit your actual GCSEs. It flys by and by the end you have made so many new memories.
