Summary

Xavier Alcantara is the nation's most beloved actor-successful, admired, and seemingly untouchable. Behind the cameras, however, he carries years of loneliness, heartbreak, and a promise never to love again. Liam Reyes is a passionate multimedia arts student whose love for films-and for Xavier's work-helped him survive his hardest days. For years, he's written anonymous letters to the actor who inspired him, never imagining those words were being read. When fate unexpectedly brings them together, admiration slowly turns into something deeper... something dangerous. As feelings grow, jealousy, secrets, career pressures, and public scrutiny begin to test them. Liam's best friend, Kurt Russell, hides feelings of his own, while Xavier's manager, Theo Ramirez, warns that loving a fan could destroy everything Xavier has built. At the same time, another romance blooms between Kyle Ivan Alcantara, a free-spirited artist, and David Ace Reyes, a strict professor whose carefully controlled life begins to change. More Than a Fan is a story about fame, first love, hidden feelings, second chances, and discovering that sometimes the person who saves you... is the one who has been quietly watching from afar.

Prologue

The crowd screamed as flashes of cameras filled the lights. On the giant screen stood Xavier Alcantara-smiling, waving, looking every bit like the untouchable star everyone believed him to be.

"Xavier! Over here!"

"Sir Xavier, one photo!"

"Congratulations on your award!"

He gave them his perfect smile. The same smile that appeared on magazine covers, movie posters, and television screens across the country.

Confident. Elegant. Unreachable.

Tonight, he had just won another major award. Another trophy. Another standing ovation.

Another reminder that he had everything. And somehow...nothing.

The moment he stepped inside his black car, the smile disappeared.

Silence.

A message from Theo Ramirez.

Great job tonight. Interviews start at eight tomorrow.

Xavier stared at the message before locking his phone again.

Then his fingers moved toward something hidden inside his bag. A small bundle of handwritten letters.

Old. Carefully folded. Protected.

Letters from an anonymous fan.

Letters he had been reading for years.

He opened one slowly.

"Your movies saved me when life felt too heavy.

You may never know me...but thank you for existing."

For the first time that night... Xavier smiled for real.

Across the city, inside a small bedroom filled with film porters and sketchbooks, Liam Reyes sat by his desk, pen in hand.

Rain tapped softly against the window.

He stared at the blank paper...then began writing.

"Dear Xavier Alcantara..."

Neither of them knew-That one letter...

Was about to change both their lives forever.
