The Little boy's lesson- the ballon vendor

One fine day, a small boy went to a balloon vendor and asked, "Does the blue balloon fly?” The vendor replied with a smile, yes my dear boy it does fly. Then again the boy started thinking and asked does the red balloon fly? Again the vendor replied yes it does fly dear. Again the boy started thinking, now, he asked him doesn't the black balloon fly? The vendor wondered why he was asking about individual colour, but he replied yes it does. Then the boy asked if the purple balloon would fly? Now tired, the vendor asked him why he was asking like that? Smiling, the boy asked him, what colour makes it fly? Then the vendor understood the message the little one was trying to convey. So he replied with a smile seeing his innocence, that it is not the colour of the balloon that makes it fly but it is the gas inside it that makes it fly.

Moral- always remember, it is not the work that we do that matters, it is the attitude, ambition and will to accomplish it that matters. It is not the altitude that matters but it is the attitude that matters.

It never matters whether you are a CEO or an employee or an anchor or a videographer or actor or director or writer or reviewer. It doesn't matter what work you are doing but it only matters how accurately you are willing to do it and how willing you are to work in it. The colour of the balloon never matters, it is the gas filled inside it that makes it fly high.
