Summary

This story is a little different, a little darker, and highly dependent on questionable decision-making.

Here in Heirs of the Wreckage, we explore the fun, lighthearted themes of corporate extortion, weaponized privilege, surviving the slums, and the sheer, unadulterated panic of a collapsed lung. The real estate in this world is incredibly expensive, but I assure you, the therapy bills for these characters would be significantly higher. (If they actually went to therapy, which they don’t. They just repress their trauma and buy each other off-grid luxury lofts instead.)

What You Can Expect:

Moon Yoo-Joon: An icy, untouchable corporate heir who would rather commit multiple felonies than admit he has feelings.

Ryu Jin-hyuk: A battered street fighter with zero self-preservation instincts and a dangerous amount of loyalty.

The Dynamic: Two boys from entirely different, equally abusive worlds who realize the only way to survive is to anchor themselves to each other and completely destroy anyone who gets in their way.

The Aesthetic: Bloodstained cashmere, shattered porcelain, abandoned chemistry labs, and an aggressive amount of junk food.

This manuscript is a labor of love, born from a graveyard of 4 AM draft notes and an obsession with intense, ride-or-die devotion. Will they literally burn the entire city of Seoul to the ground to keep each other safe? Yes. Will there be moments of excruciatingly subtle tension where you will be screaming at your screen? Probably. I will let you interpret the crossfire however you see fit.
