Chapter 1
Galaxies: A Journey Through the Stars
Long ago, before humans looked into the night sky with powerful telescopes, the universe was already filled with billions of galaxies. Each galaxy was like a giant city of stars, glowing in the endless darkness of space.
One young explorer named Luma dreamed of learning the secrets of the galaxies. Every night, Luma watched the stars and wondered what was hidden beyond them. One evening, a tiny beam of starlight appeared and formed a magical map. It pointed toward a beautiful spiral galaxy shining with blue, silver, and golden light.
As Luma followed the map in a small space ship, amazing sights appeared. There were colorful nebulae where new stars were born, glowing planets, and sparkling star clusters. Luma learned that every galaxy has its own story and contains billions of stars, planets, and clouds of gas and dust.
At the center of the great spiral galaxy was a wise ancient star. It said, "The greatest treasure of the universe is not gold or diamonds. It is curiosity. Every question you ask brings you closer to discovering the wonders of space."
Luma returned home with a heart full of knowledge and excitement. From that day on, Luma encouraged everyone to look up at the night sky and remember that the universe is full of mysteries waiting to be explored.
