( A car pulls up and a woman gets out).

“Hey , How are you?

I’m good. I want to introduce you to my girlfriend Shamiyah.

Shamiyah this is Ashley the reason we’re here is because This is where my restaurant is going to be.

" Wait, a minute are you telling me this place right here you officially own like you are going to be a restaurant owner.
