One morning before the final exams, Abdulla went with his mother to HCT to meet the counselor. During the conversation, they discussed his plans after Grade 12.
Later, while they were driving, Abdulla’s mother talked about the future after graduation. She said that some students, like Mansour, Hamad, and Abdulrahman, were planning to go to the military, but Abdulla would follow a different path and continue with his own plans
His mother mentioned Glow’s mother Joan and said that some people were planning their future after Grade 12. She told Abdulla that Glow would have to go to the military and that he might visit home every weekend.
Abdulla asked about the others, saying, “What about Naser?” His mother explained that Naser was also planning to go to the military.
At HCT, Abdulla and Monira were inside the building waiting for their turn to meet the counselor.
They sat together in the waiting area,Inside HCT in August 2023, Miss Heba met with Abdulla and Monira and talked with them about the next steps after Grade 12.
During the meeting with Miss Heba, Abdulla’s mother showed the medical report and explained Abdulla’s situation and the support he might need for his studies.
Miss Heba reviewed the documents and opened the computer to check the information. She explained that Abdulla had specific learning support needs and that arrangements could be made to help him during exams. She discussed that he could take exams in a special class setting and that he would need support from a shadow teacher to help him during his studies and assessments. she explained that if Abdulla needed a shadow teacher, they should inform her so the arrangements could be made.
Abdulla’s mother said that Auntie Venus would help by bringing the shadow teacher in and out when needed, especially during exams, assignments, projects, and essay work.
Abdulla’s mother Monira mentioned that her mother, Uray, and her brother’s friend, Saidamen, were also there.
During the meeting with Miss Heba at HCT, she explained that whenever there were upcoming exams, the shadow teacher arrangements would also be included to support Abdulla, and that they should inform her if anything was needed.
Abdulla’s mother said, “No worries, Auntie Venus will be there,” explaining that Auntie Venus would help arrange the shadow teacher support during exams and important assignments.
They also talked about Emsat results. Abdulla’s mother mentioned that Abdulla got 700, while Monira got 1800, and they discussed the different academic paths
During the meeting, Miss Heba reviewed Abdulla’s documents and discussed his support needs. She explained that the information in the report did not tell about Down syndrome or cerebral palsy, and she focused on the type of academic support and accommodations Abdulla would need for his studies.
Still inside Miss Heba’s office at HCT, the conversation continued.
Miss Heba asked Abdulla and his mother about graduation and the people he would graduate with.
Mom: “You will graduate with Hamad, Abdulrahman, and Mansour, or alone?”
Abdulla: “With them.”
Mom: “Then focus and finish your exams.”During the conversation, Monira made a comment about Abdulla’s teeth.
Before leaving Miss Heba’s office at HCT, she reminded Abdulla and his mother about the support arrangements.
Miss Heba: “Remember to bring the shadow teacher when needed, especially for exams, assignments, projects, and essays.”
Abdulla’s mother confirmed that they would arrange the support with Auntie Venus.
Outside HCT after leaving Miss Heba’s office, Abdulla and his mother continued talking about the shadow teacher support.
Mom: “Why are you hiding your studies from me? You need to tell me what is happening.”
She explained that Auntie Venus would be the shadow teacher, and that Ahmed had also been a shadow teacher before.
Abdulla: “Because she will shout and talk to me.”
After leaving HCT, Abdulla and his mother got into the car.
On the way, Abdulla said he wanted to eat something. His mother told him he needed to go to Abdulrahman’s house first so Abdulla and Abdulrahman could go to school together.
In the car, Abdulla and his mother continued talking about what Miss Heba had explained during the meeting.
Mom: “Abdulla, remember what Miss Heba said. You don’t have Down syndrome.
Abdulla’s mother drove him to Abdulrahman’s house.
Before Abdulla got out of the car, his mother told him:
Mom: “I will tell them that you will not go to the military.
When Abdulla arrived at Abdulrahman’s house, Joan saw him and asked what happened.
Joan: “What happened?”
Abdulla: “Nothing, I just came to visit. Me and Abdulrahman will go to school together at 11:30.”
At Abdulrahman’s house, Abdulla received a WhatsApp message from Hamad.
Hamad: “Abdulla, tell Glow to open the camera.”
Abdulla checked and Glow was already there.
Glow: “He is here in front of me.”
Abdulrahman, and Hamad joined a Google Meet to study together.
They reviewed their lessons, talked about the upcoming exams, and helped each other prepare. They focused
Later during the study session, Abdulrahman joked with Abdulla and said:
Abdulrahman: “Throw the pen.”
Later at 11:15 AM, Abdulla and Abdulrahman left the house and went to school together.
They walked together while talking about the school day and the upcoming exams. When they arrived at school, Abdulrahman continued to his class, while Abdulla went upstairs to Mr. Saleh’s class for support and preparation.
When Abdulla arrived at school and went upstairs, Mohammed Ibrahim was with the Grade 12 students.
He reminded them: : “Put your bags in the storage area.”
The Grade 12 students followed the instructions and placed their bags away
Later at school, Mr. Saleh prepared the Grade 12 students for the exam.
He gave Abdulla, Mohammed, Hamdan, Khaled, Saif, and Saleh the exam access code paper. After receiving the codes, they went to the LockDown Browser exam area to start their exam.
During the exam session, Mr. Mowaffaq (the Math teacher) came into the room while Abdulla and the other students were working in the LockDown Browser.
He checked that everyone was ready and helped the students by clarifying questions about the exam instructions During the math exam, when Abdulla and the other students reached question 18, they continued working on their own.
They read the question carefully, used their knowledge to solve it, and focused on completing the exam Meanwhile, Abdulla continued working through the math exam. He reached the end and finished all 25 questions.
After reviewing his answers, he was ready to submit the exam. Before completely finishing, he completed the required signature
Later, after the exam ended, Mohammed Ibrahim went with the other students to help them leave and meet their parents.
Meanwhile, Mr. Saleh stayed with Abdulla to support him after the exam and make sure he was ready before leaving school.
Later, after the exam, Abdulla left school with Abdulrahman’s mother.
Mr. Saleh helped make sure Abdulla was ready before leaving. Abdulla then went with Abdulrahman’s mom, and they headed home after finishing the exam day.

in the afternoon, at around 11:15 AM, Abdulla went to school because Abdulrahman’s mother picked him up.
After leaving with Abdulrahman’s mother, Abdulla reached the school at around 11:30 AM. He walked through the school entrance,
After Abdulla arrived at school, the staff unlocked the PE room door, which was being used for students before the exam.After entering the school through the PE area, Abdulla Saeed went upstairs to Mr. Saleh’s classroom
When everyone had stored their bags, Mr. Saleh handed out the small papers containing the exam access codes to Abdulla, Mohammed, Hamdan, Khaled, Saif, and Saleh.
The students then went to the exam room and used the codes to log in to the LockDown Browser so they could begin their Arabic Language final exam.
As the students were getting ready for the Arabic Language final exam, an Arabic teacher came into the Special Education room.
Meanwhile, while the students were taking the Arabic exam, Mohammed Ibrahim spoke with Mr. Saleh about Saif.
Mohammed Ibrahim: “Mr. Saleh, look, I asked Saif to sit properly and wear his slippers. We are in a coffee shop — do you want a cappuccino? Should I give you one?”
Sometimes during the school day, Mr. Saleh would call Nabail Shaalan to discuss situations involving Mohammed, Hamdan, and Saif.
Mr. Saleh explained that there were times when Hamdan and Saif were not listening or following instructions.
Mohammed Hamdan and Saif: “We didn’t do anything.”
Later, Mr. Rafat came in to check on the situation He looked around the room, checked that the students were following the instructions,
During the Arabic exam, when Abdulla and the other students reached question 16, they continued working by themselves.
Meanwhile, when Abdulla, Mohammed, Hamdan, Khaled, Saleh, and Saif reached the end of the Arabic exam and completed question 25, they prepared to submit their answers.
They reviewed their work, then followed the final steps by submitting the exam and completing the required signature confirmation to finish the exam process.
After finishing the Arabic exam, Abdulla, Mohammed, Hamdan, Khaled, Saleh, and Saif got their bags from the storage room and prepared to leave.
Outside Abu Dhabi Secondary School, the cars were waiting:
Saleh’s father’s car was there to pick them up.
Saif’s driver or Mohammed Hamdan was also waiting at the front of the school.
After the exam, the students collected their bags and prepared to leave.
Mr. Saleh went with some of the students to help them meet their parents and drivers at the school entrance and outside.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Ibrahim also went with the other students to help organize the pickup process and make sure everyone found their parents or drivers before leaving Abu Dhabi Secondary School.
After leaving Abu Dhabi Secondary School, Abdulla went with Abdulrahman’s mother as part of the car lift arrangement.

Sequels and Spin-Offs A year after A College, a spin-off feature titled “Mansour Goes to College” was released on August 24, 2023. It became a critical and financial success, with particular praise for how it separated itself from the mainline “3 Cycles School” storyline, which had become a weaker IP at that point.
Following its success, two more entries were developed:
“Mansour Goes to Armenia” – a vacation-themed spin-off continuing Mansour’s journey.“Mansour: Second Year and Workplace in HCT” – released on September 10, 2024, and considered a more acclaimed standalone legacy sequel.
The 2024 installment also included cameos from familiar characters from Abdulla’s college timeline, including a brief flashback to the 2005 era.
Production and Release UpdatesIn June 2024, in an interview with Collider, Glow revealed that “Abdulla Goes to Workplace in ZHO” was already in production, along with a standalone project titled “Abdulrahman Goes to HCT”, which was also in development.
Glow stated:
“We started after summer vacation… I recorded the first act, and we’ll be doing it this year. We’ll finish it up. Abdulla is coming out, and Abdulrahman will enroll in HCT. We’re gonna do Glow as well. So we’re gonna do an Abdulla, and let’s go Glow.”
He also mentioned that 2025 was a possible release period for Abdulla Goes to Workplace and confirmed that Glow would follow after.
