Trapped in a tower
Many people say that they are trapped in a tower
Looking for romance or star-crossed teen lovers
When I say that I am trapped in a tower with all no escape,
This is exactly what is going through my brain
My friends don’t text me, and They hardly ever call
It seems that my phone is up on a wall
High up in a tower with no cell phone service
And they don’t answer because they don’t know the number
I can’t let my hair down,
There’s no prince charming in sight
But my fairy tale ending is just a call good night
Or good morning or even a text
I’m busy! I’m eating!
Get over yourself
We both know that you just want this for your self
Maybe you want some peace and quiet
Because I know your schedule, you were not even busy
Just imagine how this sends my brian in a tizzy
You’re lying, you’re hiding, I have no real friends
I fill in the blanks When you left me on read
You hate me its over
Then I see you next day
We are just where we left off yesterday
But it hurts if you didn’t know
When I take some time but you never show
Did you ever think that I’m busy too?
No
Not even once
I just want to be with you
Friendship is trickey, believe me I know, but just a little “hi” is a long way to go
It helps me with all of my negative thoughts
They bubble and brew like a cauldron, just watch.
So the next time you complain that I text too much,
Maybe think about my negative thought
That I’m up in my tower
Hiding all alone
And It hurts me to know
You aren’t even going to go
Hunting and searching
To find where I am
I love you to pieces,
but come on man!

Amazing
So true, this poem~
it's me
