introduction
last night, we had to fight another group of tyrannosaurs.
there was almost no food in this forest, not even a damn dromaeosaur worth to eat.
so we had to do what we had to do when we met them: fighting and killing each other.
and even if it was super risky, the important thing was that we manage to beat them to death and eat some of their meat
honestly, i wished we had other choices. if we could, we would have try to recruit them, but we can barely find anything else in this damn empty and dead forest, so we have no other choices but to eat them and preserve some of their meat for later.
*my name is Sue, the leader, one of the most experienced and the largest of the group.i am usually the one that commands everything, and even if i wished the others decides for themselves, we agreed that the most experienced and biggest one of the group decide the decisions, even my best friend: scotty agreed to it.*
in the next morning, i woke up from Goliath’s snoring... i do not know how he can sleep without considering what just happened last night, i am a little jealous about it. i know what we did last night was for our own survival, but i can’t take away the fact that we just killed our own species for our survival... i really feel bad for our victims... Goliath however seem to have no problem sleeping. he was the second largest of the group: nearly 13 tonnes, making him smaller than me but still as string as a bulldozer. he is very calm, peaceful and very strong mentally, but everytime we ask him how old he is, he gets uncomfortable about it, so we prefer to not know the answer if it bothers him that much.
as soon as i wake up, i decide to wake up everyone else and order them to have breakfast from the corpse we just killed. the youngest of the group groaned and say they wanted to sleep more, which i do not blame them, i also barely slept last night. the names of the youngesters are: Stan and Roberta. Stan is the speedster despite his mass being 7.4 tonnes and the joker of the group, always have to say something funy unless it is extremely serious and dangerous. i usually send him as a scout to scan the area and what we have in our territory, he always comes back in a matter of second. Roberta is the youngest of the group, but despite that, she is still larger than Stan by 1 tonne. she is very energetic, mostly smiling and despite what we did last night, she is still one of the most innocent tyrannosaurus rex i’ve know... i do not know how she keep being like this, maybe she is hiding behind a mask? i do not know... but i will always look out for her and the rest of the group.
Sue: wake up.
Stan: ugh... we barely slept last night, can we have five more minutes, please?
Sue: the corpses aren’t gonna feed themselves to you, and they are about to rott, so get up and eat.Stan: fine...
Scotty: MA’AM, YES MA’AM!
Cope: ... hope they aren’t rotten yet...
Sue: they smelled okay.
cope: ... great ...Roberta: phew! i am starving!
Trix: aah... it’s been a long time i haven’t ate a t. rex.
Goliath: ahh... finally a proper breakfast...
Sue: ... that’s concerning.
Goliath: sorry, i meant we barely any have breakfast.
Sue: better.
Cope is like a dark Sasuke, even if i know he isn’t trying to be. it may be embarassing for giants, but heere we treat everyone equally and with respect. he is still a part of us, so making fun of him is like making fun of someone we care about. when we wasked about his age, he just told us coldly: “i do NOT reveal personal informations...”
i doo not know why, but my best friend, scotty has always been acting like a soldier ever since i became a leader. i really hope it dies not change much of our feelings in this relationship... even if i feel like it is...
Trix has always been the oldest of us. she is about 2yrs older than me, but the reason why i am still the leader is what i just said: i am the largest of the group by a large margin. she is about 9.17 tonnes while i am 13.4 tonnes. but anyways, even if she is just 2yrd older than me, she always acted like an old grandma with a heart of gold, she alwayss smile and try to reassure everyone even in the deepest moment.
after we ate, we get up and start walking
Roberta: why do we have to leave again ?
Stan: Because this place has the food population of a desert.
Sue: this is a forest.
Stan: exactly, that’s the problem.
and so our journey begins.
